Looks Good - Will Fail – Looks the part in-store when you're trying to buy reliable (as though you can do that at Bunnings) but lasts about a year and will be frustrating you well before then. Mine is full of corrosion and does not shut off properly anymore, and the rotating bezel for the spray settings isn't locking in place well. I'm well over wasting money on stuff that fails quickly and happy to pay more for quality, so I've abandoned Bunnings gardening products completely in favor of Hoselink.

A waste of money – I purchased the Holman 8 Pattern Ezygrip Trigger Spray Gun Mod; 2115H for my garden hose less than twelve months ago from Bunnings (I/N number 3120274 current price $17.58). This garden hose gun has a metal spring (not stainless steel) that shuts off the water jet when the trigger is released. In less than 12 months the spring has rusted out causing it to loose tension. The result is that the gun does not shut of the water supply and constantly leaks. For the sake of an additional 25 cents Holman could have used a stainless steel spring which would resist corrosion making the gun last longer. But that's their objective-"Planned Obsolescence" so you will buy another one. My advice is to ditch the Holman brand. Go for the cheaper Aqua System hose gun also sold at Bunnings for $8.90 current price. The spring in it also rusts out in a short time. But you can buy two of these guns for the price of one Holman unit.

No worries. I fixed it. I bought a 305 mm length of 10 mm OD stainless steel spring on ebay for $7.00 delivered. Enough to make 8 springs. It works fine now. It will probably see me out. The hose gun packaging states: "Durable Metal Parts" and "Industrial Weight and Quality". So, the question I still have is why the gun was not manufactured with a stainless-steel spring in the first place. The clip that holds the trigger handle in the open position is stainless steel.
