HolyH20.....i am still waiting for my refund for 2 returned items months ago. was acknowledged recieved back and promised refund $190.38. naught recieved then ignored by holyH20. this mob is bunch of crooks imo. be warned.

Excellent product. Does exactly what was expected and arrived in a reasonable time.

Finally decided to get a shower water filter after reading so many positive reviews. So glad we did. Water is soooo soft, yet has fantastic pressure. Our hair and skin not as dry. Well worth the investment. We love it. You won’t be disappointed. The only negative is trying to get yourself out of the shower because it is so much more enjoyable.

In December 2024, i ordered the 22L Trinity water filter. Unfortunately that got lost in the mail and they had had to send another. The second one finally arrived mid January 2025 however the filter was broken on arrival. I decided to suck it up and ordered a second filter on the same day. after my original order and i was super excited to try it out. I soaked the filter and put it all together to try it out. Only to come back an hour later to find my bench covered in water. On examination, i found a leak in the middle of the bottom tank from a hole. I’m generally not one to complain or leave bad reviews on a small business trying to succeed so I thought I would reach out and see if they could give me a refund. They replied and told me they would send out another one and ignored me saying I just wanted a refund. I sent another email re stating that I didn’t want another one and would just take a refund but never got a reply back. I sent another email asking what was happening and crickets. I finally sent a last ditch effort email asking if they were ignoring me and again crickets. I spent $330 plus another $60 for a new filter and got ripped. Beware of this company.
