Doesn't Work – No good on carpets or bumps. Gets stuck then beeps regularly. The little fiddly cheap plastic hatch release broke off, then its program went haywire, went backwards and bumped into things over and over again. Took it back twice "nothing wrong with it." Despite my videos. This is rubbish.

My Hero – I was given a Hero as a Christmas present. I love it. Hero does a great job. You can spend the big bucks and it may do more. Hero for me is simple. Whack him in a room come back ten mins later and put him in another room. Hero is perfect for my vacuuming needs.

Save your moeny – Unit is extremely loud,gets stuck on flat hardwood floors, suction is weak struggled to pick up the lightest of fluff. Save your money and go for one of the more expensive units I got rid of this and went to the Romba 780 and the difference was as stark as night and day It ran Everything else

You got what you paid for – This , I think, is one of the cheapest vacuum robots on the market and it behaves accordingly.The dust holding chamber was very hard to push into position ,sometimes it took ten (10)!!! minutes of playing with it until it finaly clicked into place and as it is quite small and had to be emptied often it was very frustrating.The recharging station (cost an extra $100) is a complete waste of money as the robot could not find it's way to it even when was placed righ in front about 10 cm from it. It's reactions to commands from the remote control was erratic to say the least Never the less it did clean my carpets and was sorry to part with it when it started to go backwards into walls, stalled and turned itself off after a few seconds repeatedly.It only lasted 10 days. Returned it to the store where I was told It could take 3 weeks or longer before it was repaired or replaced. Not impressed. It had an excellent battery life. It could clean 3 rooms and the hallway on one sinle charge.
