Terrible service , pathetic – Useless with strata management , arrogant , liers as well. Always blame others instead of doing their best . I do not reccomand those people ! They never do anything and when u ask .

developer/builder and working against us owners like how they did with the Bankstown unit block.

After the firing, before the handover with our new strata company, he made a huge sum of cash withdrawal from our account along with other big expenditures without a reason or an approval from Owner Corp. We have reported this business and this issues is being dealt with by authorities.

They have no regard of your safety, your home or your hard earned money.

Worst Strata Management – I have seen worst management in all sense. No security, no parking regulation in car park for visitor car park space. Water leakage in car park. When I contacted to [name removed], answered very rudely. Sending emails since a month for water leakage issue. No reply at all.
