Be aware and wary – With this agent for 10 years. Failed to collect correct rents this year, emailed how their error occurred but would not fix problem. That is collect payment and fix their short payment. Also paid unauthorized payments from their Trust A/c. for work not completed or authorized Off to QCAT.

They are not worth wasting time on, OFT is useless, QCAT reviews are one star. Magistrates Court is a bit OTT so avoid Homes4U at all costs.
