Outstanding performance and reliability – I have now owned my 2008 CB600 for 3 years now and it still puts a smile on my face every time I take it out for a ride! Many of my riding companions have commented on the modern looks even though it's now 12 years old, it may have something to do with being designed in Italy. Show details

Great bike! Highly recommend it! – I own a 2008 model with 28,000 km on the clock. The quality of this bike is great. Made in Japan and you can tell the difference from other Hondas made in other countries. It’s so powerful and smooth. I usually have a pillion passenger and it’s no problem. Lots of space and comfortable. It does around 15km per litre, which I am happy with as it’s a powerful bike. Servicing is cheap and parts easily available. I have nothing negative to say.  Show details

99 CB 600 Hornet – I have owned my Hornet for around 5 years now, I bought the bike second hand and already modified this is what drew my attention to it in the first place. Although I have only put a modest 18000 ks on it since purchase their have been no issues with the bike. I stepped down from a 900 Fireblade and a 7 year forced leave from riding but the Hornet… Read more

has been awesome in all aspects. Its colour a bright yellow, Its note with a Staintune slip on muffler, the aftermarket engine brace, rear hugger and special bargain Powerbronze front fairing and dual headlight assembly. I have a small issue with the thickness of the front wheel and tire a 130 front looks chunky and way too thick.

overlooked beastie – naked bikes arent big in australia, but whilst living in eastern europe where sound of music pastures and alpine air are common place, this things was fantastic. after riding on a fireblade for a week which was good and then trying a hornet when the blade wasnt available i was hooked, lighter, and more comfy than a blade, but had enough torque… Read more ·  1

down low for the tight mountain bends this was winner, and above 10.5k revs it was a absolute beast, even after a 3 hour ride when i would start feeling my back calling for a rest on the blade, i was still quite relaxed on the hornet or 599 as my US buddy tells me its called. after returning to oz and having to suffer through my L's again, i will be aiming to get another hornet, but there doesnt seem to be many around and worst of all the 2011 update wasnt brought to oz! shame, but hopefully theres still some good 08's still around when I get off my P's. subtle good looks, great engine new one wasnt brought to oz!
