Water Efficient; Good Result – A dedicated top loader machine owner, I really paused and breathed deeply before purchasing this machine. I've never regretted my decision. I live on tank water, this is really really kind to the tank, takes a good sized load and has a fast wash option (which I use most of the time). I think it is also really good at removing residue and soap in the spin cycle, which is good news for anyone with sensitive skin.

If you work, set and forget the washing before you leave the house, you will find this a great little machine. I purchased mine at a factory seconds place, it had a scratch on the lower area of one side (barely noticeable) and it is probably the best $350 machine I have ever had. Water efficiency I cant get used to not adding to a load as with a top loader. That is just part and parcel of front loaders.

Love it – My old hoover died after 10years good service, I was pleased when we found hoover again while shopping for our new stove top! I have found the machine easy to use and has many settings. It washes well and doesn't take three hours. It has several quick washes and the temperature is easy to change on all cycles. My old one was 5kg this one is 7kg Even with two babies I find it hard to fill. Most reviews are now saying front loaders wash better with lighter loads. not sure how true that is but I am finding most things come out extremely clean especially the kids whites. Washes well and doesn't take all day to so a load.

I am not happy, this machine has damaged 4 business shirts. Ripping the sleeves with a V shaped cut? Im handing it back.

Were all four shirts washed in the same load. Is there anything that has gone through the wash and is now in the trap that could have made the rips? My husband is forever getting his screws, nails and bolts washed and my toddler seems to think its a car wash but nothing has damaged any of our clothes as yet. I would check the seal on the door is on correctly and there is no sharp bits in the drum you may have a faulty one and if so if should be fixed by the manufacturer. Check the trap for anything that can do damage to.
