Hoselink Oscillating Sprinkler 5642

Hoselink’s Oscillating Sprinkler is not fit for purpose. ISSUE RESOLVED – The customer service resolved my issue successfully. Thank you I purchased this oscillating sprinkler with the fertiliser spray mixer on the 8th of November. I was incredibly happy with the quality of both products. Unfortunately, after a month I noticed the oscillating sprinkler would stop when it was due to swing back. This was incredibly frustrating, as I would put the sprinkler on, go inside and come out to find it stuck, not knowing how long it had been in that position. Using it paused in one position does not sufficiently water an area. As the sprinkler does not oscillate reliably, it is for all intents and purposes useless. I wrote a review on their webpage (approximately Jan 16th), my 1 star review has not appeared, however, the latest review is dated 23/02/2023.
