Top customer service – I was having issue with the spray gun o ring . I gave Ryan a ring from customer service . He is sending a replacement gun . TOP SERVICE it is good to deal with a good Aussie company

Promises the world but delivers anything but – I'm really disappointed that after years of having a defective spray gun, it STILL leaks even after emailing the manufacturer, changing all the seals etc. This gun was defective from the start and I WILL NOT purchase any other hoselink product. Worst spray gun head ever – The first day I received the kit, there were parts missing. When eventually they were delivered, I mounted the reel to the wall and set it all up. The gun leaked terribly. In the end, I threw the whole kit out and bought a cheaper product from Bunnings.

Time saving – I was very frustrated with the spray gun that I was usuing so decided to invest in a Hoselink one - I am so pleased that I did as it is just super. Show details ·  1

A great range of products – A great product, which has recently been serviced to perfection by Hoselink. I have two Hoselink systems, both working beautifully. I am currently considering buying a third hosereel set up, for the rear of our property. They operate so effortlessly. I also have a car wash system, which greatly improves the manner in which I can wash our vehicle.  Show reply

Great product – Hoselink metal spray gun attachment for my hoselink hose. Great service and quick delivery. My dog chewed our previous plastic spray gun, but with this new metal one there is no chance of that. It works very well!  Show reply

They stand by their product – Hi guy's, I have a few hoselink products & very happy with the majority of them, great designs & lasting the distance. I have only had a problem with the premium metal 8 function spray gun where the guts of the product kept corroding due I think to electrolysis. have listened & supplied the last one with info on lubricating the unit as well as a few design changes.

Cannot fault them on customer service, listening skills & standing by their product when it counts.
