customer service. The tilt and turn feature of the scooter works really well (unlike other brands we've tried) and the light up wheels are a fun feature. Overall, it seams like a really good scooter.

mid-November I’ve been in repeated email contact with Hoveroo support. I’ve: • Reported the fault promptly while under warranty • Sent multiple follow-up emails • Provided videos as requested (on more than one occasion) • Confirmed the issue occurs in both manual and remote modes Despite this, the issue remains unresolved more than two months later, with repeated requests for “one more video” and explanations about message queues rather than an actual fix, replacement, or refund. My son has now missed months of being able to use his birthday present. At this point I’ve requested a refund due to the prolonged delays and inability to remedy a clear warranty fault. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to factor in the after-sales support experience, not just the product listing. Posting this in the hope it helps other families make an informed decision.

It is scam; not recommended. I bought hoveroo Electra, it says it could be used for 10- 15km after full charge that it is not the case. It needs to recharge after couple of minutes use in house on floorboards. I asked for return and refund but… Read more

nothing heard back from them. Unsatisfied and highly disappointed and not recommended at all. Don’t waste your money.

Worst product and customer service . Ordered for my son for Xmas . He got two hours use out of it before the charging port broke . I have now sent them over a dozen emails and nothing . Terrible customer service . Defective product . Don't believe their advertising .

Site listed between 4-7 day delivery and we ordered Sunday evening with an Elektra 2025 Hoverboard for kids arriving Tuesday morning. Son was super excited and impressed. Super fast delivery, great quality. Need more colours in stock but still good place to order from.

We purchased a hoverboard, and it worked great for the first year, it had hardly been used and been in storage for the majority of 2025 only to find it no longer works after less than 2 years after purchase. warranty period. If you plan to spend more than $300, we expect the product to last more than 2 years with very light use. Poor quality product, so disappointed, what a waste of money. There are much better brands out there!

Battery would only hold charge for ten minutes on new.. they wanted a video of the issue for the technical team, that is dangerous, now there is a burning smell from the hoverboard not even a week old and they will only talk to paypal not me .... avoid

shows nothing has been picked up from the sender. Impossible to call them, no one answers and no one responds to email/chat support.

 Follow-up  · Was promised 4 to 7 days which would be well before Christmas, never showed up. Have had to do a chargeback with credit card company and Hoveroo has been arguing, arrogant “support” - truly a terrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

LWe have video evidence that the goods are not received. Very poor effort on customer service to! Such a disappointing experience for our kids at Christmas, and taking our money for items we have not received. If you don’t have the products to dispense we just want our money back so we can afford presents ours children! Imagine this was your family at Christmas!

being sent. This was meant to be a Santa present, and due to the delay and lack of honesty, I now have to purchase another bike from a different company. Hoveroo does not respond to emails, and their phone line goes straight to voicemail with no call back. There is absolutely no customer service or communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company altogether.

shopping online I use Klarna so if there is an issue and item not received they reverse transaction asap.

warranty and I can purchase another one for 20% off. The board alone is $500 I would expect it to last longer than 12 months. The board is only one month out of warranty so would expect them to do something. Would not recommend Hoveroo look elsewhere.

it wasn't delivered to me he delivered it to a neighbours place didn't knock or have me sign or even knock on the neighbours door and he pretty much left one package on neighbours balcony and the protective gear is no where to be seen in the photo just one package well my street has a bad rep for people stealing packages and what not, I complained and tried calling straight after it said delivered and it took them two days to get back to me by then my delivery is well gone and there was no way of finding it or getting help from them to see where or any help to retrieve it, why would someone leave a $360 package out the front of a house and not knock or have me sign for it and I never gave authority to have it left there hooveroo done that on there be half and my poor daughter woke up to no gift I'm a single parents so I lost a days pay from work and lost $360 and my daughter had no birthday present and they still haven't sorted the matter it's been a week no scooter no protective gear and I can't send the cctv footage through email it's big I have the cctv footage of nothing coming and I called the police they have said I actually by law can't give them the footage or take a photo of the neighbours house since it private property and they won't give me my money back or the item, be careful because I think this site is a [Content Removed], wouldn't recommend it.
