Flooded my house and neighbours’ – The attachment between the hose and the enclosed case failed when we weren’t home, flooding both my unit and my next door neighbours’ unit, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages. We contacted Hozelock for a warranty claim, and they never responded to us.
