Hozelock Flexi Pro

Misleading review – Hozelock UK do not make a hose reel with Flexi Pro hose fitted to it. You are not reviewing the Hozelock Flexi Pro hose or probably even a Hoselock hose reel. It would be helpful for others if you checked your facts. My Flexi Pro hose is the best hose I have ever used, by a country mile, summer & winter.

Waste of money – I bought the Hozelock reel and hose, after one year the hose has at least three kinks in it, it is very frustrating I will have to throw it out and buy a new hose, it was not a cheap hose and I am very disappointed. It would be great except for the kinks and once a hose kinks there doesn't seem to be anyway of getting the kink out.

Great Hose – I bought the Hozelock based on what I had heard about hoses kinking and having other product issues. I was also informed they had a great warranty and customer care. I bought a 15 metre hose and a 30 metre hose. While I was at Masters, I also bought a cheap $5 hose. When I used the $5 hose for the first time, it immediately got several kinks in it at once. The Hozelock on the other hand, has only ever had one kink in it and because of that one kink, I'm giving it four stars instead of five. After all, this is a top-of-the-range hose that costs a small fortune, so you'd want it to be perfect. Good, solid hose. Although it only kinked once, the hose has never kinked again. Usually a kink will damage a (cheap) hose in such a way that it will always kink again, but the Hozelock is stronger and I guess, more durable than that.

Best garden hose I have ever used – This Hozelock Flexi Pro hose is soft and pliable even on the coldest morning but amazingly tough. Just as they said - it lays just like a rope on the deck of a yacht. The raised yellow stripes along the hose make winding-in easy as the hose grips onto itself and doesn't want to drop off the reel. A great feature like no other that I have ever seen. Very pleased with this excellent product in both quality and price. Always easy to use and wind up because it is never stiff
