Sadly disappointed – I had three handsets in the last 6 weeks of this phone the HTC DESIRE 320 and they all had to be returned. The problem is the power button, where the phone will suddenly die and the only way to get it going is to open the case in full get the battery out and re-start the phone. The first handset I bought in Kmart $119.00 on special and it had this… Read more

problem, switching itself off within the first three days or so then more regularly. I returned the handset after 2 weeks. I bought the same model handset in Vodafone for $149.00 thinking I will do better and it had the same problem. Only this time it did not do it for the first 5 days and then every couple of days, so I returned the handset and the replaced it for a third and the same model handset. This one had the same problem only after the second day of having it. I had this one 5 days only. Every time I took these handsets to Vodafone they did not know what to do. Today I returned my third and last handset and got my money back. I was told no one else has had this problem, I was the first one. Is this true? hard to believe that three handsets of the same model all had the same problem. My first HTC phone I got over three years ago has been very faithful but this one the HTC DESIRE 320 leaves much to be desired. Please get a different model that will not let you down in an emergency when you need to make a call but all of a sudden you need to get the phone out of its case, open the back, take the battery out and replace it, shut the phone and start it again. It is not a safe phone to have and I am very disappointed.
