Great phone. Let down on design – This is a great phone for the price. Fast performance. Just got lollipop. 4G LTE connectivity. It is a major letdown on design however. The plastic build feels cheap. I have better design on cheaper and similarly priced phones. This phone also doesn't have NFC capability which may or may not be a problem to you.

Third HTC; best so far – My previous HTC had been wonderful (Legend), but was starting to go black screen at times. It was about 4 years old. We had bought my wife's HTC Desire HD from eGlobal 2 years ago, and were happy with both phone and eGlobal. The only negative to this purchase was finding they had taken an order for a product that was not in stock; however, that only resulted in a delay of two days, after which communications were good, as was tracking. Phone was quickly delivered, and I recommend both eGlobal and the phone.

I was apprehensive about the large size (150 mm screen diag.), but it really is wonderful to use. I'm an older user, and can see how young people might like a smaller screen for their one handed typing, but that's not an issue for me. Great cameras, beautiful big display, enough internal memory plus card storage. Surprisingly, it fits easily into most pockets also, as it's quite thin. Very happy all around.
