Good – A great phone for the price, a bit sluggish but what can you expect for the price. I have the series II which has twice the ram, so I'd hate to see how slow the original is. Good build quality. Reccommend a screen protector, as the screen needs a bit of force to work. The pouch that it comes with is handy, but I'd suggest buying something better. 1 gig memory card included should get you started, plenty of microSD cards out if you want to upgrade.

When plugged into ac power it charges VERY fast, not so much with usb. Decent battery life and screen quality, definetely worth the money. I will definetely be buying another HTC in the future after owning this, but possibly a higher end one with more power and 3G. Small and light, good build quality, plenty of included accessories Sluggish processor

OK – Great phone to have if you want PDA function and phone only. If you want a bit more features you'll have to spend about double for it's big brother. Best thing about this phone is that it can be used by just your thumb. The phone rest comfortably in your palm and the screen has some great progams so the buttons are big and easy to use with just your thumb. Battery life is fine. Overall a really nice phone for entry level to the smartphone market. great phone to look at nice feel good size not to small needs a keyboard (next model up has one)
