Terrible – after 7 months with this phone i almost threw it off a bridge. But hubby made me keep it as a spare. the trouch screen did respond properly, after a while the keyboard would only type numbers not letters and it always shut itself off sometimes inthe middle of conversations. Very frustrating good function such as email, keyboard and touch screen… Read more

battery life was wowful! i couldnt get through a while day with it. Touch screen did always respond and the phone continually shut itself off and had to be reset again on turn off

Good – It is a phone built for business and it has quite a bit of RAM. Some of it's programs are really cool, and then others are alright. Altogther, I would give it a 9 out of 10. Really good. It has much better graphics than the other phones before it and its touch response is alright. When I try to use the voice command program it does not work very well.

Good – I bought this phone in order to combine my phone and pda into one, which it does the job nicely. I don't rely heavily on high quality images, but at least it has a camera/video function. I keep my old, larger stylus from my earlier PDA, on my desk and tend to use that instead of the tiny one it comes with. Whilst the included one is small, it does… Read more

the job when needed. I've added a number of Resco's software items to it, and enhanced the contacts/calendar function with Pocket Informant (which I have used for several years now - no pda should be without it). This newer model has a larger capacity battery which does just fine for a few days - tho leaving bluetooth on does mean charging more often. I founf the design and build quality better than imate products (which I believe are actually built by HTC), and didn't want to use the proprietary software that came with blackberry sets. Overall, I would buy one again - a good unit. Combines pda functionality with a phone. Reas good quality screen. Reception remains good. Ample built-in memory, and micro-sd card slot. Speaker volume during calls is nice and loud. Touch-flo works really well, and the later model 850 seems to have improved over the previous one. On-screen keypad works really well (my fingers are too big for the qwerty slide-out keypad). Integration with outlook is reliable, and doesn't need soft resets all the time unlike other smartphones. Camera quality is lacking (particularly focus), telescopic stylus tends to collapse whilst in use(I have big hands), charge/data socket located at bottom hence can't use it in a cradle.

Excellent – best phone yet, still a few things to improve on, like the interface and getting a list of contacts but overall i think this phone is a winner, i looked at the diamond and an on screen keyboard is rubbish. most things.... keyboard is great to use and i can type very fast, even though im a big bloke with big fingers... the qwerty style is great....… Read more

also processor quite fast it turns itself off quite a lot and the battery life sucks, cna get a whole day though! and the OK button is hard to reach when its opened, there shoudl be more buttons that do that, like on the dopod d810.
