fibres stuck against her bottom. We stopped using them but later in the evening she was still red all over and all through the next day. Took two days, two baths and nappy rash cream with every change for her skin to return to the way it was. From 4 hours in these monstrous nappies! From the other reviews Huggies must know this happens and we're disgusted they haven't done something about it!!!

Don't waste your money – So disappointed we loved our Huggies size 1 and 2 but since going up to size 3 it's been nothing but problems. My son has nappy rash, and the quality is so terrible and does not hold like the first two... Don't waste your money. Show details

Very disappointed – The new ultimate range has caused chemical looking burns on my 8 month old and has also caused a rash on my 3 year old who generally has quite tough skin. Will not purchase again. Very disappointed the range was changed as the original were perfect. My two month old baby has been burnt! – I literally want to cry!!!! I used one nappy for no longer then 2 hours and my little darling has burn marks on her private area!!!! She’s two months old and has never had a nappy rash as I change her every two to three hours. I just upgraded her nappies today to the size 3 and I only used one nappy and she has burn marks... this is not a nappy rash, it looks like chemical burns! Horrible nappy rash – I have a baby in size 3 and a toddler in size 4. The baby always used ultimate, never had nappy rash. The toddler used the pull ups, never had nappy rash. the same for my toddler. Now both kids have the worst nappy rash. My baby has it so bad it looks like the skin is so thin it bleeds. Will never use huggies ever again.

DISAPPOINTED – Quality dropped so much since its not made in Australia..its not worth the price as the cheapest nappies are now better than huggies. I now have to look for other alternatives.

Don’t waste your money – I bought these because my 6month started having overnight leaks..... double the price of my normal ones. Quality has been terrible since new changes has been made – Since the 'new and improved' changes has been brought out with this nappies, my son has had red/sore nappy rash (even once it became a blister) whenever we used it, even if it's only for 1-2hr!! If I could only give a half star or none I would – The “new improved” unisex range are useless. They don’t fit properly within size ranges, leak urine/faeces during reasonable timeframe of general use but also crystals from within nappy lining, they rip and tear in several different places (tabs, between lining and external layer, along leg holes, waistband etc), are not as thick or nice in feel… Read more

as their previous boy/girl range. Just don’t stand up to what they claim to be, not worth the price they charge and worst of all are directly causing harm to our babies and children. I used to use huggies ultimate nappies exclusively since birth (my child is now 15 months) and recommended them to everyone who had babies and children in nappies... but won’t ever use them again now, and tell everyone to steer clear! (They’ve caused reactive, severe, persistent nappy rash to point of broken skin/bleeding and chemical burns on not only my child, but hundreds of other babies as well- simple internet search of web and/popular social media sites should give all the info you need to avoid these nappies).

Rubbish, thanks to huggies I have an upset baby! – The new ultimate unisex range is complete trash, hate them!!! nappies that didn’t leak/cause a rash... well not any more! Feels cheaper, thinner, very boxy on the bum. One of the worst situations was when I was out shopping about to pop my daughter in trolley and BOOM she and I were soaked in urine thanks to your nappies. Came straight out the sides!!! I will be looking into a different brand of nappy as Huggies have lost my trust in their nappies.

Worst Nappies ever – I was an absolute huge fan of the huggies newborn nappies. They were soft, easy to use and worked. When we moved up to the 6-11kgs It felt like there was stiff cardboard at the bottom of the nappy. It didnt soak up any of the poo or wee and just left a very bad odor. I now use the thankyou. them to all my family and friends. Super soft & doesnt leave a bad odor. Only thing is there is no wetness indicator but I'm ok with that and my baby is more comfortable

New unisex ultimate range is terrible – So they've changed the boys and girls nappies to unisex (must be because of cost of manufacturing) All I can say is I'm astonished at how much worse they've become. The nappy gets socked so much easier and they're definitely a thinner nappy now. Goodbye Huggies hello something else !

No good especially for poo – I have used these nappies for 3 months now on my daughter and continually have poo explosions with them, at first I thought it was just a bad batch but its definitely not. So unhappy. Will go back to babylove or thankyou nappies as I never had a problem with them.

I won't use any other – I love using this for my baby. It is so soft and gentle on skin and I can definitely feel the difference between the ultimate and regular range. It absorbs really well and have never had any leakage problem overnight where Baby has slept in nappy for 12 hours. It is on the more expensive side but worth it considering I've never had any accidents with this,
