2nd time dealing with Hunt the Night and once again, something shady is going on. They always seem to run some kind of misleading “catch” compared to what’s advertised on their website. Today, I attempted to purchase a product that clearly displays “Eligible for free freight.” Yet at checkout? Magically, freight charges appear. I called the… Read more

store, and “Jake” spent 10 minutes insisting the website didn’t say that — until he finally checked and realised I was absolutely right. Then he tells me they still refuse to honour their own advertised offer.

My screenshots prove beyond any doubt that the error isn’t on my end. What’s shown on their site is what should be honoured — but apparently being honest and straightforward isn’t something Hunt the Night values.

Be warned: what they promise online is not what you get.

Brought a Thermal in hope to stop dogs attacking sheep. It that failed first day after 6 rounds. Returned for repair and failed again after 5 rounds. One staff member said is was capable of 300 win mag recoil and another said it might blank out between shots. Manufacturer rates it 6000j (see attached) twice that of my rifle. [Name Removed]passed buck on staff who knew how dire the situation was but it still dragged on, he even played the sick kid card as to why my issue wasn’t resolved in first week. 6 weeks later I informed [Name Removed] I’d had enough and was going to push for refund on purchase and losses incurred. It was then he informed, he was sick of dealing with me.. and processed a refund. Very poor service from start to finish. This [Name Removed] is a greasy salesman who likes the sound of his own voice. I’m glad I don’t have to hear it again. Buy somewhere else is my recommendation.

The customer service at this place is probably the worst I have ever seen. I was the only customer with 5 staff that I could see and still had to wait at the counter for ages until I actually spoke up and asked if they wanted to make a sale. Once someone came out they made all sorts of excuses about being short staffed, which was totally obvious… Read more

considering I was the only customer at the time and with them only 5 staff there. Of course I was a smart butt because it was ludicrous, and then when the Manager/Owner came out and also started to make excuses I gave it to him for his poor customer service and as a result he told his staff member to put my purchase back and threw me out of the store. I then told him he could go eff himself and then wrote a review on Google. He then dug a deeper hole for himself by claiming that all 5 staff were on the phone at the time. First time I've ever heard of Maccas being referred to as a phone as I stood there and watched one of the female staff chowing down for the whole time I was in the store. The guy that tried to serve me smelled of cigarette smoke, so he obviously had time to head outside for one of those. And yep, the Manager was definitely on the phone while I was there because I could hear him clearly chatting away, but certainly couldn't hear anyone else talking at all, whether on the phone or with anyone else either. Disgraceful behaviour and probably the most unprofessional service I've ever been exposed to. Next time you're in there, say G'day to Richard Cranium for me.

I've been dealing with Ben and now Jake as well and the service has been out standing to say the least. Had I problem with my scope and had to send it back for some warranty. They sent me a spare scope to get me buy while mine was sorted out. And now I have a new replacement… Read more

shipping issues sorted and customer service was spot on – initial problems with m shipment were sorted out after a bit of back and forth. Hunt the Night responded to the issue and resolved it

No response on defective product – Bought an APS3 battery for my Pulsar thermal. Battery is defective. Contacted them and asked to resolve the issue and no response.
