Hunter Valley Granite & Marble

Ruined our kitchen – Supplied and fitted defective stone top, measurer, incorrectly, assumed, presumed that our free standing island was the same as the rest of the kitchen, although the island has lambs tongue, and a different colour to the rest of the kitchen, should not of signed the job as ready to measure, should of asked me to confirm the actual size of the sides, rather than guessing, i have the plans i sent to them, which clearly shows no measurements on plans of island, and a decorative skirting far wider than 18ml, it should of been 32ml, company has passed the buck, and put it all on me, and actually said I confirmed island end sizes, unprofessional staff, rude who lie and presume its the clients fault when things go wrong, island bench is now 15ml too short on the ends, I could cry!!! they have put the phone down on me, lied, and could not care less what they have done, no quality controls are in place what so ever, stone bench has chips, scratches and gouges in them, unfortunately the camera doesn't pick them up
