Absolutely fantastic – This juicer extracts is very efficient at juice extraction, and the pulp can be used in cooking. Everything is high quality and finish, easy to clean too. The juices taste amazing, and very true to the ingredients used. We use it for hard veg, greens and celery, and it gets so much juice. We make ginger and tumeric juice and use it fro tumeric latte and it is delicious. Most highly recommended, we love everything about it. Show details

seep through the strainer into the juice. It was extremely time consuming to use a strainer after making the juice purely because the large amount of pulp would fill the strainer and obstruct the juice from flowing. I was so disappointed as the innovation in this Juicer is like none other on the market and was everything I desired. I proceeded to get a refund which was one of the most stressful processes. The communication was so poor, I had to keep emailing to ask for a reply after weeks had gone by with no response. I made my request on June 12 and received my refund after Sep 6th. One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I bought this thinking I would have the added benefit of Hurom having an Australian base customer support but it was just a nightmare. I'm sure Hurom makes great products but this was not it. It was so embarrassing because I was so excited to recieve it and shared my excitement online and then I used it first time on my Instagram LIVE and no juice came out. I later found out it needs a balance of soft and hard fruit to actually work because the soft fruit becomes a mush/smoothie in the machine and just becomes stuck and doesn't come out the spout.

believe I have found it in this juicer. I purchased through Hurom In Brisbane. Peter was awesome to speak to and reassured me of the product and it’s performance with a money back 14 day guarantee if I didn’t like.
I mainly juice celery and cannot fault it. Love using this machine . So easy to assemble and disassemble so you are inclined to use it more often . And super quiet! And super easy to clean! The machine comes with two strainers for pulp control. The pulp with the fine strainer is minimal. I can’t compare to any other juicer as have not owned before this one. But for me, it was ease of use and ease of cleaning that won me over. Also the fact that I can toss everything in the hopper and not stand there and feed it through. If I had to fault anything it would be the on off switch at the back of machine. I would have preferred it on the side. Brilliant cold press juicer. Looks sleek and takes up very little space . I decided to write this review to help others make a decision . Well worth the extra dollars. Am so happy I purchased.
