They need to concentrate on their staff service. The most stressful conversation I ever had – Hi Husky company, I have called today to ask few questions and was going to purchase several products from you as I'm opening a new retail business. I spoke to a staff member [Name Removed] and asked her about hybrid chest freezer.which you only have 1.product under this name. She has told to give her product number which I don't have and told.me.to search it on my computer so I said to her hat wouldn't she able to find it in her computer since there's only 1 product and she said no in a [Content Removed] rude.way and.told me I have.come to internal sales line which I don't care where the phone call went.to.as I have chose the correct key pad when I dialed. So she decided to put me back on the queue from the start when she promised me that I will be transferred to the right person and guess what? The phone call went back to her and I am beyond pissed off at her service and keep telling me "oh I don't know what product you are referring to " so I said just search hybrid chest freezer on your work computer or any computer, there is only 1 product under your company. Srsly, I'm in sales industry and I never ever met anyone with these kind of diguesting, lazy and rude.service in any sales industry. Thanks to her your company just lost big, huge sale as I was about to make massive purchase. Also I only got the.phone number and.no I didn't have access to computer and even though I did,.it's.not.my duty to find all the information that you already have. If sales person have these kinda of service imagine you have problems with your company product. Hahaha I will just go harvey norman and avoid your products loll
