Very good mower if you look after it – YTH (not the lightweight LT/LTH) Purchased new as a direct import from USA (late 2010 model), this mower has been very good and replaced a smaller ride on that was underpowered for serious mowing. The 22HP B&S I/C engine has performed well and I regularly maintain it with fresh oil and filters as necessary. Mine is a pressed deck and has been fine. Only minor issue has been the steering bush looseness which is due to the plastic bush wearing which is the only 'lightweight' aspect of design (a metal ball race would have been better). 13 years old now and just over 200 hours (yes, a pretty easy life) and all original save for one set of blades and one new spindle as the old one's housing cracked when a small stump end got whacked and new battery every 4 to 5 years. Look after your gear and it should serve you well and remember, it's a mower not an earth mover!

Purchased in for $3,200.

Very happy – Unfortunately I cant find my receipt for this as it is many years sine I got it. And my model is YTH2046 but I cant find it on this list so I go with the closest one. I love this mower. It has never let me down starting it like some others complain, but they not read the manual properly that says you must switch it of in the "Mid power" range and NOT at idle where plugs oil up and cause detonation. So yes, there is a technique with starting the Kohler 20hp engine. It is smooth to operate and cuts perfectly. The only downer I find is cleaning between the deck and top part... they need some protection there to stop tiny bits of grass to enter and cause trouble cleaning. But as far as operation goes... 10/10 guys... well done. Oh one more thing... I take off one star because the front deck is wearing and should needs to be reinforced there. maybe next time huh.

Very Unhappy – Bought the machine at the end of last season. ($1700) Cut three times with it when it blew out a belt. First cut this year, the cast aluminum blade mount broke on the left blade. Didn't even get 4 cuts out of it. Horrible quality. No more Husqv's of any kind for me,
