I loooooooooove their products but I really can’t justify the price. The products out-price country road and seed.
Placed an order but only receive it 17 days later - incomplete. Modern e-commerce system should be able to send a 'Sent Items and Logistics Info' so customers are in the know. They claimed they triggered a refund to my bank by sending automated refund notification emails, but my monies never arrive. As I currently write this, it has been 25 WORKING DAYS and I still haven't received my refund. Customer Service kept giving empty promises of payment but all are for naught. Some honesty is really appreciated.

Bought 2 matching sets of pants and windbreakers when sales started. Had to follow up 2 weeks later what was going on with my order (Website says it leave warehouse in 24h). More than 2 weeks later I was notified that they ran out of stock and only sent me a pants. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service. If you don't have staff enough to process efficiently the sales online then what's the point. Plus what I'm supposed to do with a random pants now? Def the disappointment is not worthy. Won't buy again.
Paid $256 (with 40% off) for 3 tracksuit sets and 1 romper. Sized up for each clothing piece for my children and baby. The sizing runs SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. Even when sizing up the clothes were almost too small to fit. Such a shame for such a very high price tag! My baby is 5 months and I ordered a 6-12 month size and it’s still too small for my baby and she is very petite (only in the 25th percentile). Quality of the clothes are also very average.
