The locking mechanism for the pole extensions fail every time, the brush head is impossible to keep secured to the desired position and the implement is only effective when working from above the surface being cleaned, rather than from below, so there is a massive disconnect between the claims made for this device and its operational reality...waste of money! Show details

Hydro Cleaner is generally great. Connection to hose could be better and probably doesn't need the swivel 'tap' to turn the water off because having the tap means they can't use a normal hose connector. Hence the connector can be difficult to connect to the hose properly. Also the hose attached to the swivel tap keeps coming off and needs a clamp.… Read more ·  1

Other than those two issues it is great. Customer service is also very good as the soap dispenser cracked and was replaced within two weeks. Overall pretty happy with the cleaner.

Quality aluminium pole, impossible to get the water hose pipe through the pole as suggested so left it out. Brush seems alright but the cleaner container is way too small and runs out before you can finish a section. The 7 metre pole is a bit difficult to handle but you get used to it. item was at the despatch depot for 7 days before the courier actually put it on board for delivery. I'll have a better idea of the cleaning after our walls dry, but I think a couple of cleans will be required.

Hydro cleaner was prefect for the job of cleaning outside wall of my house. Also great for removing cobwebs in the very high places inside my house by stair well. Excellent buy. Thank you. Show details ·  1

rang the shop to ask what to do, they agreed, without any hesitation to take it back. When I asked for an exchange - they said I could, but I would probably return that one too. I was shocked, I was certainly not the first to complain. Lots of the plastic parts are poorly made. What a waste.
