Fake and sham Hypnos company – Top layer of Balmoral collapsed after several weeks. Exchanged and the result was even worse. This company do not know how to make beds, they are a sham.
Purchased in at Beds n Dreams for $4,700.

What use is a 10 year warranty if company will not honour it? – Mattress received was not as described, returned to manufacturer for inspection & repair. I had previously purchased a Hypnos mattress which I was happy with. Extensive delays resulted in a request for refund. Beds n Dreams are the sole retailer of Hypnos mattresses in Australia. They offered store credit but continually refused to refund. Not an option at nearly $4000.
Department of Fair Trading have influence over licensed service providers but less power regarding goods providers unless and until a certain amount of complaints are made. The next step therefore was proceeding to court where an immediate refund was issued. A time consuming but straightforward process, albeit frustrating. Keep note of dates & conversations.
