Do not waste your time with this lawn mower it's is absolute rubbish . 1 year old and rusting under paint in 3 locations. Pull start string broken already. Back drive axle has broken ( googled it as a common fault) been trying to contact Hyundai for 4 weeks to get a warranty claim with absolutely no response. Their web site is a joke no one replies. I have tried 4 times in the same form and nothing. Tried calling them it always goes to a answering machine. I leave a name and number 10 times no call back . Do not trust this Australian Hyundai company. I bought it through Harvey Norman. They also have not responded.
Follow-up · Hyundai small engine is the worst company in Australia they have no deal with any company to do warranty claims . So it has been 8 weeks with no fix or replacement.. after many emails. Messages. I finally got to talk to a person and was told they have no email from me . That is a lie . They just hope you give up .. going around and around . Total rubbish company buy from a local shop so you can get a warranty claim . Do not buy anything online from this so called company
