Hyundai Tiburon GK.I (2002-2004)

A fun and underappreciated Car – I owned my Automatic V6 Tiburon since 2010 and it has been a blast. For a Sports car it definitely has its weaknesses. It is a front wheel drive, the Semi-Automatic feature is fun but slow response and it's not a particularly fast sports car. Regardless, I love my Tiburon. For a car built back in 2003 it has aged well and never had any technical issues. The car is reliable and handles well considering its front wheel base. I like the interior and exterior design although some aftermarket aesthetics would help it.

Aftermarket support for performance is very poor and I couldn't recommend this as a performance platform (but I did it). However if you work on its exhaust, air intake, headers and replace the upper intake manifolds you really unlock its potential and then the engine sounds absolutely amazing.

I'm planning to keep my Tiburon for as long as possible. It's just so reliable, fun and good looking.
