Beautiful product, followed up by great customer service… thank you so much
Very disappointed with quality of product after washing. Ordered personalised towels as Christmas presents but only discovered by chance that the towels did not stand up to normal washing but became out of shape with the bands on the towels shrinking beyond normal wear & tear. As these products are normally a gift, it is by chance that you find out that they do not wash up as expected. I have bought towels from Spotlight over many years & never encountered the problem I saw in the Christmas gift towels.
Follow-up · Yes, I did contact company, however that absolved themselves as to any liability. Main reason I contacted them & I was quite happy with the embroidery on the towels, was to advise that the supplied product, i.e - the actual towels quality had not been what one would have assumed them to be. Something that maybe they should take up with the supplier? As advised in my previous post, I have bought quite a lot of towels over the past 50 years & never encountered this particular problem. In fact, I still have a set of eight DriGlo towels that are now maybe 40 years old, still in an excellent condition, although they have only been used as guest towels for the past 20 years. I have since bought other towels to match an ensuite renovation that are 20 years old & again, still in an excellent condition. Point being - you can get good quality product that Iddybiddyboo can lend its name to which their existing supplier is not providing. I would assume all their products are bought as gifts, given the nature of the product & the receiver of these gifts are not going to express their dissatisfaction to the giver of the gift. Just not the appropriate thing to do. In that matter, I was also not made aware but happened to see the product while at one of the grandchildren’s home. So in regard to the return process - completely unsatisfactory as Iddybiddyboo denied any fault on their behalf. As for the washing process - they are towels, a normal household product, used on a daily basis. They should not need to be washed separately or in a special sort of way. And, at risk of repeating myself - have not ever experienced that problem from washing towels over a 50 year span.

Excellent service, great product – Just ordered a towel for my grand nephew. It’s stunning and the company has rushed the order through for his birthday.
All products are exceptional value and quality – I bought baby products which I received today and couldn't be happier. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. I previously bought towels from them, 15 years ago and they're still looking great. Outstanding work and service.
Gifts for Kids - Personalised and Gorgeous!! – I've now ordered 5 times at Iddy Biddy Boo and the customer service is second to none. Their products are so beautifully made and the kids and I had so much fun going online and choosing our fabric & cute designs and then waiting for the postman to arrive so we could see our products come to life! Their products make great gifts for newborns and Christenings as new parents like to see their bub's name on things. Highly reccommend!! :) The quality is outstanding and we love the choice too. None we can think of!!

I did contact company who were not at all receptive to my complaint. Advised it wasn’t a warranty issue as towels were in perfect condition when received. Of course that was the case as they had not yet been washed. I have no issue with the engraving work, in fact that was perfect. My issue was with quality of product which I feel Iddybiddyboo should take up with their supplier. To add insult to injury, Iddybiddyboo sent me washing instructions. I have been washing towels for over 60 years & never had a problem. It was all the more disappointing as the personalised towels were Christmas gifts. Who would, as a recipient, advise the giver that the towels had shrunk & become misshapen after being washed. I am left wondering how many possible complaints should have been made to alert Iddybiddyboo that their supplier of product did not come up to expectations.
