I am yet to receive any form of solution.

After this concerning and appaling behaviour from Ideal, the electrical safety office was contacted and they visited my site. They confirmed the issues, and are undertaking compliance action. Be wary of Ideal Solar, as they are not the holders of the electrical contractor licences, and they subcontract all the installations to multiple electrical contractors in the region. They do not stand behind their work despite what the sales pitch says, and will run a mile at the first sign of trouble. There are an ubandance of Solar installers in Brisbane, so why take a risk with cowboys?

Terrible con artisfs – iDeal solar is a sales company that doesn't do their own installs they sub them out. something wrong with the install as they haven't been paid. I said that was odd, I played the day after the install complete. Now since iDeal uses some energy company to find the sub they are now threatening to remove the system that I've paid for unless iDeal pays them. After finding this out I did some checking on my system only to find out I could have got this installed for 10k less than what I was charged. It's disguisting that this company takes advantage and doesn't pay their subs and I'm involved in this mess trying to help the installers get paid for what they deserve. Meanwhile it sounds like Josh and Andrew have pocketed the 26k plus the stc rebates and are screwing everyone else out of it. Now its been two months and the installer say they can't get a call back from the company.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Very Happy with replacement System – Very Smooth install, Guys delivered on what they said. Solar Analytics very good also. All done on new 6.6kw sys in one day. Removed old system and mounting and all gone clean and tidy.

These guys certainly have the WOW factor – Warren an the team at Ideal Solar were under no obligation to sort an issue we were concerned about but fix it they did promptly, efficiently and professionally.
