1 Toni  · They scam . Free cheap trial then hit with a massive bill – Bought it on a trial offer cheap . Thought that was it . Crap just received another for $181
1 JStan  · SCAM company – They offered free trial for postage fee only but they charged full price on my credit card.
1 Annabel  · It's rubbish – I bought this. It has done nothing. Don't waste your money.
3 Darren  · Nothing special – No change in my skin at all if anything drying but no irritation. No better than any other cream but much harder on the hip pocket.
5 Marita Johnson  · Great – Lines above my lips almost disappeared but cream ran out!

Damn – I need help. What does idrotherpy trade as on a bank statement? I can’t find where I am being charged, but I know I am as this moisturizer keeps rocking up at my door every month. Show details

Beware, think carefully before you sign up – I cannot give any stars for this product and supplier. It seems I am not the only person who's been taken for a ride with this product and also Gloneed, who apparently go hand in hand with Idrotherapy and Essence of Argan. This has been a costly lesson for me about Aust $550. These people are very clever in their slick marketing approach which suck… Read more

you in, but leave you with ongoing orders you were never expecting. They then hide behind their terms of contract, which must be very well hidden. I have given up trying to get any compensation, their customer service just wear you out with their pre-rehearsed lines of defense.

BEWARE ……. FRAUD …… SCAM – While the product is fantastic, the conditions of their terms & conditions for free sample/trial are NOT. Too late once you submit your details, they then provide conditions that no person would agree to if initially made clear. Then, happy to continue supposed subscription & being billed $160.94AUD with their email clearly stating: “If you… Read more

enjoy the product, do nothing – you will be billed the low, low price of just $104.99 ($6.99 S&H) in USD or currency of your country at the end of your trial period and sent a full month's supply of Idrotherapy”. After waiting a month & nothing received, called & argued twice with rude customer service operators, was told I’d receive one pot of the product … for $1160.94 AUD? Said product is yet to arrive. Overcharging at its worst!!!! (Can purchase on Amazon for 1/4 cost & less hassle).

Total scam don’t buy! – Naive people like me believe in genuine people when they say they’ll send a sample. They don’t send any samples. They send the cream a cople of weeks later. By then they charge you $180 AUD. In my case they charged me again two weeks later. The staff is horrible, they absolutely don’t help. I didn’t get my money back. The add they run never talks about having a membership. It’s all lies. I wish I had seen those reviews before.Save your bucks. Show details

What a waste – Was supposed to be a 14 day free trial. Just pay shipping.. in the 7th day, they tried to charge my card $104.99. I was excited to get my jar in the mail. When I got it, I went to wash my face and use it.. I was soooo disappointed.. it kind of stung my face, and I do not have sensitive skin.. it wasn't too bad so as I was rubbing it in, it started… Read more

pilling up. And I had what looked like white string all over my face.. I washed it off and that was it.. There is. NO WAY I would pay over $100 for that crap. Its not even worth the shipping I paid.. I'll be happy to send it back but I'm not paying for it.. Totally disappointed with it...

Very nice moisturizer – This leaves my skin soft and supple. I really do like this product as a moisturizer and after a few more weeks I can tell more as far as lines and wrinkles been using this for 2 weeks. Advertised as over $100 but can be purchased on Amazon for the exact thing for only $16.95. I found that odd. Don't fall for the scam online though. Show details

Doesn’t work and they lie about a $7.65 sample which ends up costing $187 – Scam! Beware, they lie and mislead. Don’t be fooled into thinking you’re buying a “sample” for $7.65 as they’ll debit your card 10 days later for $187. The cream is nothing special, in fact, it’s useless! Show details

SCAM! – I ordered this Idrotherapy cream for my wife, since it was advertised as a free sample. Don't let yourself be fooled like I was! Read the fine print on the Invoice they send you a f t e r you give your credit card number! invoice received after giving them my credit card number. I was billed not only for that "free sample" but also for two more before I happened to check my credit card statement and saw what happened. On their website they offer a reduced price, but I was charged USD $104.99 because that was what the fine print said would happen. They promise a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee on their website, which they do not honour. They refused to take the three shipments back and refund me. I sent them a cancellation notice to the email address well before they third shipment, but they claimed not to have received it. They only offered to pay 70% of the amount they charged me for that third shipment after I phoned them to stop sending me the product. My wife was not pleased with the product itself, so the whole matter was a disappointment.

Scam and dangerous product – Yes definitely a scam with the charges. I suspect the ingredients on the back are a lie as well. My partner bought it to try out. And I reluctantly tried it too (I already use a very nice eye cream). This 'burnt' or severely irritated my skin. I had to wash it off! Very dangerous to use especially around the eyes. Show details

Scam Scam Scam – Signed up for free trial, was charged full price and postage. As a pensioner on limited money, I was unaware that a very large amount of money was being deducted from my bank account every month as this is a continuous monthy supply type of Scam. Found it very difficult to cancel this expensive monthly subscription. Do not get sucked in with this free trial. The product does absolutely nothing for your skin it's one hell of a continuous Scam. Show details

Its a scam! – I ordered the free trial, got the products and found out its a subscription, I tried returning the unused products but found it difficult. Promotion & product are a total scam – Don’t do it to yourself! The promotion for a free trial is very unclear in it’s total workings & before you know it you receive more product at an incredibly high price sold in US dollars. BEWARE ITS A SCAM, DO NOT SIGN UP- they don't even deserve 1 star – The trial product is misleading. I signed up with the impression I was receiving a trial size product. They then charge your credit card the full price and then advise the size received is the actual product. You can return with in 30days. I returned mine and 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT SIGN UP! Show details

Please make that star a minus – I read all the blurb and was about to launch into getting a "FREE" sample when I thought sounds too good to be true ... On further investigation I realized I'd be automatically deducted some hundreds of dollars in the following months..There is no such thing as a free sample .... Worse still I then read the reviews ... So special thanks for everyone who took the time to warn people of this SCAM ...

This is a scam – This is a scam. When you figure it out and try and return the product, they want you to pay more to do so. But if you get crappy with them and tell them it's a scam and you're going to report them, suddenly they will cancel it and tell you to return to sender. Don't fall for it!! Show details

Deceptive free sample would leave negative stars if possible – When order the free sample with just paying postage they collect your credit card details. When you receive the email you will find that you have signed up to a regular deduction of $100 or so US dollars. The only way to cancel is to send the product back. That proves to be difficult and expensive. Cancel your credit it’s the only way. Show details
