Absolutely filthy gym. Cob webs hanging off fans and walls etc. Equipment constantly broken including fans and aircon – Be kind to yourself and do not go to the gym.

Horrendous customer service & support – This gym has no compassion or care. The equipment is run down and never clean. The gym floor in general is dirty and not maintained. Staff never to be seen. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. Plenty more gyms in the local area.

Horrible treatment by the Manager – The manager called the police over a situation that could have been dealt with discreetly, ever since I joined the gym I've had problems with this Manager, she rudely insinuates that I gave my wrong details when she has entered them into the system incorrectly causing so much drama over simple misunderstandings and embarrassing me in front of all the members going in and out of the gym at Carrum down on the 26/09/2022.

Do Not Sign Up Igym Wallsend – Do not go here!!! Kept on charging for membership 18 months after it was cancelled after their incompetent staff lost the paperwork. original paperwork there would be no refund. This was after I was told the staff member from 18 months ago had been sacked because of her incompetence. Worst business and management ever do not sign up!!.

and managers speaking disgustingly about memebers. The manager “misplaced” our cancellation form out of spite they continued to charge us for 7 months until it was finally settled by head office they offered us 1 months refund!! And a apology for their former staff. Absolutely pathetic.

high quality machines and a very good assortment of weights etc. I honestly cant fault them for anything. I recomend the gym to any and all who want to get or stay in shape and feel good doing it.
