november25. My inverter is not hooked up the the panels/batteries so no full blackout protection as promised. needs a full investigation as this is nothing but a rip off and blatant lies. Cannot rate this business as they don’t have any ethics
Follow-up · So many months down the track we are still in the same boat . This company has done nothing to fix these problems, can’t complain about the customer service as there is clearly none. All lies that’s all I can say , just blatant lies to get a sale not….

Terrible installation damaged my room, system not installed properly, I have emailed called complained since 08/24 spoke to Gary prior to Christmas 2025 still waiting for someone to come out to fix the systems issue, after sales service not good at all, taking this further my bills are way too high

Totally ripped off by Iinergy, been paying the same bill plus paying off the panels, so it’s nearly doubled my cost per quarter. A word of warning, do not listen to their sales people ever and I would choose a different company. Once they take your money, they don’t care about you at all
Possible scam – POSSIBLE SCAM. Had a very suspicious call on 0489 905 211 from someone claiming to be from this company. Told me they were "looking at my profile" and then got quite agitated when I said I didn't even have an electricity account in my name. Started asking questions about the company and then was hung up on. Rang the number on the website in business hours and they were 'closed' and couldn't redirect my call. All extremely concerning.

Very poor after sales service – iiEnergy installed a solar + battery system for me earlier this year - I don't think it worked correctly from day one - the app supplied was incorrectly configured so I had no idea what was going on until I noticed that the batter was off-line. that a service person would call, but none have arrived thus far. iiEnergy doesn't actually install their systems, they use subcontractors who are none to keen on returning to fix problems once they have collected their fee. DO NOT deal with any company that does not source and install their products !!

Happy Customer – Technicians attended my house on time to complete an install and clean of my solar panels, guys were very nice and professional. Service was fantastic, would recommend to all my family and friends

Very Happy with our Solar System – We had several Solar companies out to look at our house and choose iinergy. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend anyone looking for solar to give them a call. Our power bill was $680 and our last bill was $87.
