Excellent quality and value – Love this high chair! Stylish, easy to clean and safe. Well worth the money I paid. I often used it without the tray so bub could eat at the table with the rest of the family.  Show details

Blames Highchair – It looks great but I can't remove the tray and I couldn't put my daughter into it without my husband having to manipulate her legs through the gaps whilst I held her - so not useable on my own. She's only 4 months old so its not because she's too big! I'll need to buy a new highchair now, so for us it was a waste of money.

Found some safety issues – We've been using this chair for about 4 months, since my daughter was 6 months. Twice my daughter has got her leg stuck out the side of the chair, and once her arm stuck out the back, (right arm, twisted around into the gap behind her left arm) The tray is a fab shape, with a deep rim, however it's secured very tightly, and not removable while… Read more

she's in the chair. (I need to put my foot Into the seat of the chair to pull it off)

She hits her head on the wooden bar at the back frequently, the antilop inflatable cushion isn't tall enough to cover it, although was good at stabilising her when she was smaller.

I am replacing ours now as I don't think it's safe. It might be a worthy junior chair with the legs cut down and some other mods though.

Love this highchair – I bought the cushion to go into the highchair to give my baby girl some extra padding and she and I love it. It looks really nice, easy to keep clean and I find it easy to get her in and out. She is quite small so that might help. I prefered this one to the plain IKEA as she is a bit more secure in this one. It was a bit of a pain to put together… Read more

but I think everyone feels that way about IKEA furniture. Looks great, easy to clean, baby loves it Frustrating to put together but so is all IKEA furninture

Like this chair but it does have some issues – Bought this as it was nice to look at and seemed sturdy. Used it for the last 1.5 years and its still going strong. I agree with some of the other reviewers that its easy for the kids to escape but I ended up taking the tray off and pushing it into the table and stay with my child and if they try to stand up I just tell him to sit down. I wouldn't… Read more

leave the room. Easy to clean, sturdy, easy to put together, lasted 1.5years and still looks good. Easy to escape, the black paint goes white and strange when wet but dries fine.

Pretty bad – Bought this chair because it looks great. Ours is fairly sturdy even after husband had to get the power tools out and correct a few faults. The tray on ours is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get off and hard for husband. Even with the tray off, there is still a wooden bar that makes is very difficult to get skinny 6 m.o. legs out. The chair is also very… Read more

Too easy to stand up in – My 8 month old can wriggle out of the straps in this chair and is constantly trying to stand up in it. He also is able to twist around in it, and is always getting his leg stuck out the side, or his arm stuck in the area at the back. I wish that I had purchased the cheaper plastic chair now. While this chair looks great, and the table is a good… Read more

size, and it is very sturdy, it is no good for active babies. Large table, looks good, wood rather than plastic Too many spaces for babies to get legs & arms caught, food gets stuck in small joins in chair, easy for babies to wriggle out of

Safety hazard – We bought this chair when my child was six months old and could not stand. During this time we could not see any faults with this chair. Now she is 10 months old and is able to stand and every meal has become a challenge with her easily wriggling out of the safety strap and standing up. The safety strap needs to be done up extremely tightly… Read more

around her stomach which is uncomfortable for my child. Even though we tighten the strap at every meal, She is able to wriggle out of the strap and stand up. This chair is a safety hazard as she has almost toppled out on more than one occasion.

There is no way I can leave her in the chair alone for even a few seconds due to this risk. The worst $99 we have spent. We will have to buy a new chair. Looks nice, easy to clean Safety hazard, safety strap does not restrain child

Great chair, Great value for money – This chair has been outstanding! I started searching for a high chair when our son turned 4 months and started solids. I really wanted a Stokkes, Svann or Leander chair but was hesitant to spend $250 plus. The Ikea Antilop chair came highly recommended but I didn't want a plastic chair so when I saw this one I was sold. The chair fits our… Read more ·  1

decor. The generous tray can be removed and the chair can be pulled up to the table. It is easy to keep clean, although the cushion you can buy gets dirty fast and doesn't wash well. I also find that the baby doesn't get "lost" in the chair.

This high chair has also helped our son learn to sit by himself so quickly. There is not much give for reclining so if your baby isn't ready to sit this chair won't do.

Overall I would highly recommend this product for the price. inexpensive, compact without feeling tiny, fits in with decor not the best quality materials but what do you want for $99 (screws were stripped when we put it together). Cushion you can buy seperately isn't great.
