IKEA Valevåg Extra Firm

WORST MATTRESS EVER for AUD 799.00 -Initially firm, but only within few months the mattress began to sag – Worst mattress ever!! The dipping in the middle makes the mattress uncomfortable to use. Obviously the springs are of extremely poor quality. This mattress is made to look good, but is NOT durable! I am now waking up with terrible backpain in the morning. In March 2023 I went on live chat with IKEA and corresponded with Adam, who was able to offer some alternatives of exchange, but other non-mattress product exchange and NO MONEY BACK. This is not good enough IKEA!! I would like to return the mattress I am ready to accept a credit to spend at IKEA.
