I purchased this Hybrid Cooktop (electric and Gas combined) but within 18 months of use it started giving trouble. Gas cooktop knob is not igniting the burner. Once the knob is released flame goes off. I called ILVE and technician replaced some senser and left. Withing one week same problem. NOW biggest problem is when I am calling ILVE they are saying they are no longer responsible for this product and go to World Wide Appliance (WWA). When going to WWA they are send us to General White Goods for Repair or Eurolink. As a customer I am not supposed to know all this ILVE is not taking any responsibility. AS a result I am disappointed with this product which cost more than AUD $4000 from Hervey Norman. Please think twice before you buy ILVE product in Australia. Thanks

Hello Amit, as this product was sold by our previous distributor Eurolinx / WWA, the warranty obligation is with them to fix this product.

ILVE do not have this product in our range and we do not have the required parts to repair it. Eurolinx is definitely the company responsible for the repair of this appliance.

We stand by our products and our warranty for products sold by ILVE Australia, however, products sold by Eurolinx are the obligation of Eurolinx.

Then certainly question arises why the product sold with manufacturers name as ILVE. We are customer we know ILVE not Eurolinx. Never heard this name.
