Avoid if you have children with disabilities – My child has been attending Imagine for almost 6 months. While they seem supportive I very much get the feeling if you have a child with a disability. They don’t want to have to deal with them. I have previously raised about my child eating sand which continued after raising the matter. My child’s disability is challenging and I can understand them finding it difficult. Despite submitting medical documents before they would enrol them, they managed to lose them. I was called into a meeting regarding a positive participation where I was requested to provide said documents again. My child is having eating problems which they are seeing a dietitian for. I strongly suspect has not been offered water. There water bottle always seems to be in their bag unlike the other children.

To top it off, despite claiming the childcare subsidy from the government for 12 hours a day. They only want my child to do shorter days. I’d never put my child in there for 12 hours but given I’m paying them I at least would like my child there for a period of time that suits me.
