best day cream – I have been using this day cream fora couple of years. but it doesnt seem to be available now. Bought my last jars from Cosmetic Capital for $15.00 each. Great product. they have discontinued it. If I use any other product, my skin around my eyes burn. So hoping to find somewhere to buy it. Day cream is very light, no perfume. doesnt irritate my skin. Great product – Cream has a beautiful smell, you apply a small amount to the face and I saw results of finer lines in a week, it’s fantastic, you can feel it working and is safe for sensitive skin. A must buy Show details
Terrible product + scam! Stay away! – I'm not absolutely sure if this is the same product and apologize for placing a review here if it's not. But I accepted an internet offer for a free sample of Immortal Well face cream for only the cost of shipping (about $10) to be charged to my credit card in June of 2019. They then mailed me four more jars, that I never wanted nor asked for,… Read more
over the following two months at a cost of almost $376 more charged on my credit card. This was not at all made clear in the original "free offer" ad. When I called to tell them that I did not want, nor had asked for, the four additional jars... they refused to let me return them or give my money back. I did not like this product. It felt like putting a plastic cover on my face, which actually accentuated my wrinkles! I literally threw all five jars in the trash. But then again, if the product was good, they would not have to be deceitfully scamming customers.
Don't fall the free trial, pay only shipping. It is a scam. They charged me another $93.85 for that "free" trial SCAM – Shipping only trial is a scam! They will charge in a few days the full amount of product which for me was $93.85 Do not fall for this ad. It presents itself as Robin McGraw product Show details
SCAMMERS – I bought a small FREE sample; and now I am out $200 from my checking account. Don't buy. I have not used the product and do not plan on using the product when they are cheaters.
The best moisturizer i have used – My skin felt tighter and my age marks almost disappeared. I used another brand for a little while but then went back to Immortal and I could see the change almost immediately. Show details
Love this product, just can't seem to buy it anywhere – I have used the product for quite a few years and simply love it. I did use to purchase via mail order. Never had a problem with supply. I can't seem to obtain via mail any more. Does anyone know where to purchase this product now. Show details
Love it, been using it for 4 yrs! But unfortunately Target not selling it anymore :( they were cheaper – Keep my skin nice and soft & smooth...also I had wrinkles in my upper chest which i apply this cream every night before bedtime, no wrinkles, been using this cream over 4 years Show details
No products recieved, money deducted from Credit card, scammers – Firstly I agree with the previous comments about the jar pump not working and only half full jars but my biggest problem is in the recent order that I placed over a month ago and NO products have arrived. Every week I have spent loads of time phoning several phone numbers supplied on their website, email and even the contact that Priceline have… Read more
for them and no answer, disconnected or always same message saying they are busy or unavailable. There is no response from the emails I have sent and even Facebook messenger has no response. All I want is the products to be delivered. I have now reported them to Consumer protection and I suggest anyone else that is having no response from trying to contact them to do the same. Taking the money from my Credit card and then no sending the products is completely unacceptable, not to mention not being able to contact anyone about any of it.
a con - a tablespoon at best – The cream is ok in itself as in not greasy. Due to pump problems I opened the jar to find a false bottom (or should I say false top as it was so close to the top) Surely the best advertising is 'word of mouth' Well, I do not care to be made a fool of or conned in any way … so I will be spreading the word NOT to even consider this cream. There are way too many others to choose from.
Best cream I've found for older skin. My skin just drinks it up and looks & feels hydrated – Unfortunately I have found the in last batch of three jars the pumps didn't work so I had to dip in & they didn't last as long as previously. I don't think there is as much in the jars as there used to be.
Love product but Now NOT getting same amount in jar – The cream has been excellent for my aging skin, however, I have noticed the cream in the jar seems to go faster than previous jars. Upon investigation I found the jar was little more than half filled. Will not buy again if getting ripped off.
Juvefoxo Immortal Anti Aging Cream - Lovely cream - but buy it from a chemist instead!! – I find this product lovely on my face, leaving it soft and smooth,....however, in contrast to the bad reviews, I buy the cream from Priceline at the cost of around $49.95 (in Victoria, Australia), so therefore, I would recommend buying Immortal cream from a different stockists other than television infomercials and being tied to an unfair… Read more
contractual agreement.
I have just one gripe about the cream, and that is its packaging. There is no way of telling whether you are running out of the cream or not, apart from that one small gripe, the Juvefoxo Immortal cream I would definitely recommend, just be careful when buying off the infomercials on the television networks!!

The cream is ok...but the service is pathetic – Have been getting Immortal Cream delivered every 3 months seemingly without a hitch. Decided not to use the product anymore (plus have changed credit card details). Tried to call 4 times. Same message EVERY SINGLE TIME (lines are busy, leave a message and we will call you back). Never got a call back. Tried emailing. No response. Oh well, next… Read more
time they try to debit money it won't work. If they don't respond to my phone calls / emails ....t's off to ACCC.
Feeling ripped off – I love this face cream but I had a very disappointing experience with my recent purchase. This inside base of the jar had not been pushed down to the base and sat very near to the top. Only about 1 cm depth so that is all the cream I got. I cm for my $50. I only realised I pushed the base down what had happened. I would really Immortal to contact me to send me a replacement jar. Feeling disappointed and ripped off.
Delighted with first jar use – Have used one jar of Immortal Face Cream & love it. It makes my skin feels so lovely & soft. Some lines do seem to have diminished somewhat but further to go. I will use this product again. The dispenser lid is great & works for only half the jar before the levels get too low for the sucking system to draw it up to the top of the jar. I am… Read more · 1
disappointed that I was sent & charged for what the company called a 'repleneshing order' after 3 months of my original order. I did not ask for it or sign any documents to that effect. On phoning they informed me that my first invoice would have had this action printed under terms & conditions. I did not see it & consider that many consumers do not take the time to read all the fine print. So I alert you dear customers, if ordering online or on the phone for the first time, do inform the company then that you do not agree to have any more sent until you contact them again for your next order. Also ask them to NOT keep your credit card details. I feel this practice is very sneaky of the company to get repeat orders this way. If their product is good, which I say it is, then people will come back to them again for more. I feel this line of getting repeat business, when it has NOT been mentioned at time of ordering, even though they insisted it would have been, nor is it mentioned on the TV ads, then it is misleading advertising & consumers have a right to complain to consumer action groups about this sneaky trick in the terms & conditions. I believe no repeat orders should come from any company on any orders for any product UNTIL the customer has signed a printed form agreeing to such.Otherwise the product is great. I feel they could score themselves a better reputation & further business by correcting this aspect.
misleading – Same story here, got a load of products I didn't ask for and then was charged 147.00 dollars. If I dont want them I have to return them at my own cost. When I said I hadn't asked for all of that I was told that it is the essence of a free trial to do it that way. How can you argue against talk like that? I live in Queensland I needed a different product I was told. Well, why didnt they tell me that when I ordered?
Misleading advertising – The face cream is just ok.many other products just as good for much less money. How can something be "$9.95" when in actual fact u end up paying $147. I wont buy agn.
Hey, The trial price is $9.95 whereby… Read more
False Advertorials on TV and try to charge additional where possible – Don't believe what offers they portray on TV on ads. They claim to give free gifts for a $9.95 trial but then send an invoice they are going to charge to your credit card for almost $150.00 which actually includes the cost of the so called "FREE GIFTS". The first invoice charges the Immortal jars for almost $50.00 each (3 x $50 per jar) so where… Read more
is the free trial. They tell you they are going to charge $150 30 days from when they despatched goods, not you receive them & then they say additional jars of the cream will be sent you to every 60 days (@$34.99 per jar = $69.98) charged to your credit card unless you stop them prior to every 60 days - BIG PROBLEM - 3 jars initial order is no way going to be used in 60 days - 3 whole jars & the cream is not that good for the price. Supermarket brands much better!!! TV stations are only interested in getting the advertising dollar, not in actually checking out what the advertorials are claiming are actually true!! Their poor customer service staff when you call up actually are always apologising, them offered me a discount (that I should have got in the first place) on the initial order. By the way, I only authorised for 1 x jar to be sent to me (not 3) I still have the paperwork to support this. Big waste of money, won't be buying any more items by TV advertising and TV stations have a duty of care to their viewers to check all advert content to be true and accurate - not words being twisted around and some words left out to be later all listed in the VERY SMALL fine print online.

what a con – I fell for the 'free face cream' ad on TV. I even thought that the cream must be really good as they are letting you try it first. After I tried it I wasn't impressed so emailed them to tell them that I didn't want to order any. Next thing I got a phone call from a debt collection agency saying I owed $169. Customer Service is really BAD, RUDE and DOES NOT CARE – I ordered the full range of products on monday the 14/09/2015 and then I received an email to say opps something went wrong with the payment, click here to continue the order, when I did that I had to reorder, that was on the 15/09/2015, this morning 16/09/2015 I received another email with opps something went wrong. and there were 2x $148.00 taken from my account. So I rang the “customer service” (once) to find out what happened as I wanted my order, and I was told that there would be a refund and one order was cancelled. I had a message to ring “[Name Removed]” on 1300 433 836. So I rang and she was on another call, and she would ring me straight back. This was at approx. 10.30am, no phone call back from her, so I rang again and she was on lunch, she rang me back at approx. 1.30pm. And I explained the situation and she got smart with me told me I rang several times for nothing. (to my knowledge all was fixed from the 1 and only call I made in the morning). If this is the way they treat customers, it’s a wonder they have any return customers. This is not the only time, when I purchased my first range of products, I email “customer service” and asked a simple question, about how to go about reordering when I was ready not in 60 days (which I did not want), I ended up with a rude email back saying contact 1300 433 043 I am only customer service, ( I am so sorry now I deleted it), I should of known better then. I did get angry with [Name Removed] as I don’t appreciate being spoken to like an idiot,do not purchase this product as the customer service is nonexistent and very rude. [Name Removed] get another job or learn what the word customer service means.

non happy with trial free – I only received the product the day the trial free period was due to expire 16 days although the TV advertisement said 30 days. I rang the company and 4 days later they returned my call but on my home phone and not my work number as requested cancelling further orders
Not Happy Refund Asap Or Action Taken – I seen it on the TV one morning and I thought of my daughter straight away I looked it up on net sent order through and then rang my daughter to suprise her unfortunately was told she couldn't use it so I rang company up 5 minutes later spine to a lady who took my information and said she would fix it up for me and cancel I said thank you for… Read more
being understanding she was lovely at the time but as I checked my account today which says your company took $156 out I'm not happy . 1st I rang straight away and was told they would fix it .2nd the promotion was $9:95 for 30 days I hadn't even been charged that fee or received any good which states in your information . So I will be getting a refund if not I'm writing to my friends in the media seeing a lawyer as I've been given instructions as this is fraud I will not let a company do this it's wrong and disgusting.
Ripping me off - even after written confirmation that I have cancelled! – Hi Life aka Immortal aka Rapid Weight Loss company needs to be reviewed by Consumer Protection because their ethics are disgusting! In a follow up from my previous review "Immortal Cream - will I get my refund?" . Yes I did get my refund, after calling and insisting on a written confirmation of the request and confirmation that yes indeed they had… Read more
charged me incorrectly and would credit my account. The first call was with an English woman, who refused to give me an email or contact details. The second call, I actually got a contact and email confirmation that the refund would go through, and to be fair it did. I was unable to cancel the contract that I had unwittingly entered into - until I received my goods - how convenient for them.
So as soon as I received my goods, I emailed - now that I had an email contact! - to cancel. Oh yes I got a lovely email response saying it had been cancelled and I could rest easy. Well I have rest easily for one month to the day until a nasty surprise today that I have now been charged $147! And even though this is very unethical, it is also very contractually wrong! The initial contract - that was cleverly hidden so that you did not find out you had entered into it until you had given your credit card details, actually said that you would be charged once every 60 days - that would be every 2 months. Now I am no mathematician but I can count months and understand numbers. Don't do it people! They are scammers and apparently it is in their business model! Trying now to cancel my credit card!
Charlatans!!! theives!! – After seeing their immortal advertised on a morning show, denonstration and offering a free trial, only pay for postage $9,90. I called and verified thqts all that would be deducted from my acc, the sales girl assured me that all i paid today was tue postage. So i went ahead and ordered. After checking my acc i realised i had been ripped off… Read more
$156.00. Not being impressed and being a victim of fraud, i called. I was abuses and threated to be hung up on and she wouldnt give me her number.they agreed to refund my money. I called the next day and was abused and hung up on. My bank said they have to dispute every purchase with this company, as they are ripping everyone off and lying. The product is garbage too! Nothing immortal about this crap.DO NOT BUY!!!!
I CALLED HEAD OFFICE DIRECT AND NO ONE ANSWERS OR RESPONDS!!!!
It's a CON!!!!!! – I had the same experience as the other customers, returned the cream which was useless and now they harassing me with debt collectors for payment, never again!!!!
Scam – Hi guys I wrote a terrible review on hi life health and beauty they ignored my calls and charged me over $200 for products I had returned. I'm writing this review to let you know that my bank has claimed my money back for me. If you have been ripped off by this company contact your bank ASAP and let them know what has happened and if they can help! I hope this helps anyone who has been screwed over like I have.
Extortion – I recently purchases Immortal cream. It's worthless Now the Hi Life company has debited my credit card For another amount. I DID NOT order anything more and will never make a purchases this way again!!! I wish I could give the company and the product minus stars
Pure Money Scam – I ordered after watching sunrise a trail pack of their cremes, cost $14.00 something postage. 3 1/2 weeks later no product had arrived and in the meantime i had googled and found shocking stories about this company. Spoke to rep, they'd call me back, scenario - no calls. Rang again and they said my order hadn't been filled but was in their… Read more
warehouse. I demanded they cancel the order - they refused. Package arrived two weeks later (please note you can only cancel within 26 days of original order date and goods must be returned) going on two months now. When item arrived i refused to sign for them and they were returned to them. Now they want to take me to court for $189.95. They are aware that living thousands of ks away from their state i cannot attend a court hearing to defend myself. And to top that, on another forum some one showed their cover letter - if you return the items they can refuse to accept them, and their product has no jellyfish product in it what so ever - straight from the horses mouth on their own letterhead. How do you fight such an illegal culling of bank accounts from a company like that.
Immortal Juvefoxo – I purchased the trial for $14.95- on the term that I returned the other 3 jars if I did not want them by phoning and obtaining a return authorisation code before the end of the trial date- I did this twice and only got an answer machine- left messages but no one returned my calls. Was then phoned 2 weeks after the trial date asking for my full… Read more
payment. Explained I did not want the products but to return them etc etc. The lady said unless I could prove I phoned and left messages I would have to pay. I cannot prove phoning the 0800 number (the only number available to ph from here in NZ) as 0800 numbers do not show up on phone bills. She then said I would have to pay then to which I said I will not pay and she hung up on me. I have since emailed my predicament to hilife and have had no response to date. I recieved another letter in the mail yesterday saying if I did not pay the amount in full in 5 days it will be passed on to a debt collector and effect my credit rating. This is MADNESS- I have the cream here and all I have wanted to do is return the bloody stuff!! Nothing does not work
Hi Life from TV shop advertisment in NZ – I rang and ordered the cream for your face with it I was getting cleanser and toner etc free. The cost quoted to me was $120.00 including postage and was coming from Australia. I asked specifically if this was including postage etc. and was told yes. I checked my bank account now and its been charged for $161.68! I now have to try and get my money back, hope this is not a joke as stated in previous blogs. told one price charged another.
