Imperial Floats

Terrible – I dint think you could get a worse company to deal with . Take your money fast but no service under warranty . Wish i never brought from them .after closer inspection made poorly

Where is my float Imperial Floats – Have been waiting for the repair of my float close to eight months. Lots of “promises” not a thing delivered. Nor has my new float. Can’t get in contact with anyone from company, not even office lady. Didn’t want to to do this but am desperate to have a float, even happy to get my old float back, hopefully fully repaired. If anyone knows where they “Imperial” have disappeared to please post their whereabouts, a number that someone will answer or email. Thankyou

Please research who you are dealing with – DO YOUR RESEARCH - Be warned. Apart from [Name Removed] you likely will receive zero assistance from anyone else in this organisation. First of all, the floats are made in China. They are NOT Australian made as implied. I ordered a float and when I tried to follow up it`s progress it took over two weeks to get a response. Disgusting customer service. Eventually I was contacted by the 2nd in charge, a character by the name of [Name Removed]. He made no apology for the slow inept service instead he went on a bizzare rampage that made no sense whatsoever. In fact so bizzare and off topic was the content of this blokes emails I did a little research on [Name Removed] and what I found appalled, horrified and disgusted me to the extent that I couldn`t allow myself as a parent to continue conducting business with this man or any organisation he was representing. I urge you to do your own research about who you are dealing with. I demanded my deposit back and this [Name Removed] called in the lawyers. I was told the money would be refunded if I signed a non disclosure agreement. I refused and gave them 7 days to refund my money in full which they did.

The managing director of the company is a Chinese national named [Name Removed]. Good luck, He refuses to respond or answer any correspondence. I am bewildered as to why he allows this [Name Removed] to cause such damage to his business. It`s very intriguing.
