budget yet once I left Justin sent me email say it will be exact same price as before , I asked why he didn’t return my phone call or email , just like that ! I don’t get how this person can be general manager as he doesn’t want any business for sure , I was willing to work things out yet they refused service ! Never again ! I wonder how long they can last with this attitude! No credibility!!

IMF could not be recommended more highly – IMS have provided us with plantation shutters blinds and a separate motorised blinds. It’s a family business which stands out from most. Good product good service – We face directly west and our front bedroom was a furnace IMS gave good advise on a mesh awning And we can literally now sleep at night 18 months after installation the awning required a small adjustment and this was completed quickly and at no cost

offering us various payment options and was able give us additional savings when we made a referral that went through with an installation! We didn't have the shutters installed immediately and Jason honoured the quote he gave us a year later when we were ready to have them installed.

We then met Andrew who would install our shutters. He booked a re-measure and confirmed the colour of our shutters. We felt we could trust Andrew with his expertise. The shutters came sooner than expected and Andrew booked us in almost immediately to fit the shutters. We are stoked with the results! Andrew was efficient and clean! He left a small amount of dust/shavings (as expected), but overall he worked very neatly. A quick wipe with a damp cloth and vacuum and everything was cleaned up! We couldn't be happier with the results! We would highly recommend IMS Window Furnishings! We had Great results!

for my whole kitchen. In total it costs me over seven thousand dollars. The installation did not happen until after about half a year.

When they install the Panel Glides in the kitchen, the panels were of different lengths and were not long enough to cover the sill. The contractor who installed the Panels asked me if he should leave it on or should he take them all back to replace them with longer Panels. Considering that we waited for nearly half a year for this and I said leave it on for now. He said the panels were wrong and need to be replaced with longer panels. He then said IMS Window Furnishing was a credible business, they would replace it for me. He called the office and send through a photo to the office. A woman called [name removed] took the call. He explained what happened and sent through photos.

He said he would come back and replace all the panels.

Months has gone by and I have not heard back from anyone. The order was placed in late 2015. Installation happened, maybe June or July 2016. I called in September and was told they would ask [name removed] (the owner) to call me back. I received a call after a month and a couple of follow up calls to IMS. [name removed] came out to my house and told me that my window was not square. And that is why some of the window still is not covered. She suggested we lower the frame of the panels for the windows. I refused as the frame for the windows are on the same level as that for the sliding doors. If I do, I would have different starting point for the windows panel and the Sliding door. The kitchen would look messy.

I said that I could not have it and that the contractor who did the installation said the Panels were the wrong sizes. If he lowered the frame for the window panels, it would not look in keeping with the sliding door panels.

[name removed] said he would go back to ask the supplier and get back to me. After a month and another couple of follow up calls, [name removed] called me back saying that she could only lower the frame and that my window was not square. I asked her why this was not address before the installation? The panels were supposed to be tailor made at the price of over three thousand dollars? She said I either let her lower the panel glides or nothing.

I said I needed my money back. She could have her panel glides back. She then disappeared. I left many messages, she would not take my call or return phone calls.

With the plantation shutters they installed, there is big gap between the plantation shutter and the wall. And the screw connected the shutter and the wall is visible from outside the window as the gap is about one centimetre. I showed it to her and said that I was worried that the shutter might all inside and hurt people. She said she would send her installer to come back and do something. So far, it has not happened. No information from them on that either.
