3 year old cooker with problems - no service available – Flimsy construction, not chosen by myself, part of package from Metricon Homes Cooker now 3 years old - LED display on clock controller fragmented, can no longer read or program clock - NO service agent available in my area, Bairnsdale in East Gippsland, Residentia Group - the supplier based in Melbourne unable to provide any assistance to get problem fixed, Metricon Service not assisting. Option I now must consider is throwing the cooker out.
