recently had my foils done at this salon, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away, which already gave me confidence that I was in good hands. My consultation was very detailed. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and took the time to assess my hair condition, previous color, and what would suit my skin tone. I appreciated that there was no rush or pressure—just honest advice and clear communication about what was realistic for my hair. We discussed tone, brightness, placement, and maintenance, and I felt fully involved in every decision.

During the foils process, the stylist worked with great precision and care. I could immediately tell that they were experienced because every section was perfectly separated and applied evenly. The attention to detail was impressive, especially around the hairline and crown area, where blending is so important. The whole process felt comfortable and well-managed, and the stylist checked in regularly to make sure I was okay.

What stood out the most was how healthy my hair felt even after the coloring process. I was worried about damage, but they used high-quality products and explained what they were doing at each step. My hair actually felt soft and looked shiny even before styling, which is something I don’t usually experience after highlights.

After the foils were washed out and toned, the final result completely exceeded my expectations. The color was beautifully blended, natural-looking, and bright in all the right places. The foils added dimension and movement to my hair, making it look fuller and more vibrant. The tone was exactly what I had hoped for—neither too warm nor too ashy, just perfectly balanced.

The blow-dry and styling at the end were also done with care and skill. My hair looked smooth, bouncy, and polished, like something out of a magazine. I received several compliments immediately after leaving the salon, which says a lot about the quality of the work.

Overall, I highly recommend this salon for anyone considering foils or any color service. The professionalism, skill, and attention to detail are outstanding. I will definitely be returning for future appointments because I trust them completely with my hair.

The worst experience-my nano bead extensions started to fall out on the second day after I had them put in. I rang the salon and they blamed me for not looking after them properly and brushing too hard (which I didn’t even brush my hair in that time) and iv had extensions for a long time now and know how to look after them. I had to go to a local hairdresser who put the 4 extensions back in for me and told me that only bad application was the reason they fell out so quickly and then every week more fell out. I would not recommend this place and definitely not their care for their customers, really bad customer service onto off a really BAD SERVICE. These cost me $1000 to get done and I would NEVER go there again. I tell everyone who listen not to go there .
