Poor communication in general. Would not seek them again when renting

Worst real estate property group i have ever come across in my 20yrs of renting. Property manager was unprofessional and also failed to notify tenants of procedures when discussing vacating properties. I 1000% would be worried if they were managing my properties the way they speak to tenants. Having to resort to tribunal. I wouldn't recommend them looking after any of my investment properties. If I could give -5 stars I would.

and have the funds to pay, outdoor lights were not working, multiple maintenance requests were put in and each and every single one of them were not done or delayed, garage door was opening by itself at random times, I was left without a light in my garage for weeks, Upon exiting the property we were told that there was multiple damages that looked to me like general wear and tear, were apparently not, Both AIRCONDITIONING UNITS HAD CREATED MOULD INSIDE, We were accused of not cleaning the filters, once shown photos of clean filters we were told that it would get sorted but did not get sorted for over a month! Without any care or responsibility considering the health risks, especially with a sick new born, Until our lease was over, when our lease was nearly up I received an email from [Name Removed], asking if I’d like to renew the lease, I replied to [Name Removed] stating I would like too, with no response 7 days later I contacted [Name Removed] to be told the owners are selling and don’t want to renew the lease. From the beginning getting in contact with infinite realestate was extremely difficult, I don’t usually leave reviews but I most definitely do not recommend!

company, she said she would investigate internally and then never got back to me. Now they are terminating the lease without grounds. I have heard from other tenants that have dealt with Vicki that they experienced similar behaviours from her. It is obvious the company does not care

The ingoing inspection report was innaccurate, repairs take forever to be completed, no notice given for inspection, I was told numerous times the shower was covered in mould, there was a tiny bit that I missed in the corner smaller than my pinkie. I was yelled at that I hadn't cleaned the floors, Vicki then proceeded to point to a few grains of sand on the carpet and a piece of fluff that had come off the mop.

Vicki cannot seem to fill out any paperwork correctly, she has sent me blank breach notices, blank notices or inspection and now an incomplete termination of lease with no dates and the incorrect form. She even inspected with no notice being given.

When I moved in there were weeds in the gardens, holes in the grass, cigarette butts everywhere, cobwebs on light fittings, walls badly chipped, floor grout filthy. The property manager had an excuse and reason for for everything and denied my ingoing report.

I'll be out in my new home soon and can't wait to get away from this company. I have never been treated like this before from any company, absolutely shocking.

Very happy customer – They have good customer service and very reliable. With them two years with no issues. They have lived up to my expectations completely by finding good tenants for me. Very happy.

Terrible Just terrible – We had issued like water infiltration that was disregarded and took them a long time to fix. property is was kept in pristine condition and they bullied my wife over water stains on the faucets. BE VERY aware if you ever rent with them. The current property manager also accused us of being late on paying our rent 4 times which completely untrue. I have my bank statements showing every single transaction. If there were any issues between banks that should never be blamed on the tenants Just awful service and bad treatment to good tenants.

within the first 6 weeks of moving in but i was never made aware if any issues or advised how it went. I did not like the fact even if i wasn't home which i made sure someone was always home for the inspection they would enter the premises. I have animals and i did not want to be liable if my dog attacked an agent while entering the back yard as some random was walking in their home.

6 months into living in the home i was sent and email and then followed up by a phone call where they advised me that they were missing important documents that i completed prior to be accepted to move into the house with all my details ect on it. I told them the form was completed and sent back to you in order to be approved to move into property, i re-sent them my forms.

I always paid my rent on time and i made sure the property was well looked after as the previous tenant had destroyed most of the property.

I ensure i took photos of all the damages first week of moving in just in case the agent tried to pin them on me when it came to the end of the lease.

When it came to 6-8 weeks to lease expiring and i advised i would like to move out of property, from then on i began packing. People were coming through left right and centre to view! When it came to the final inspection of the property once i had moved all my stuff out and cleaned up, i read there was a lot of ridiculous, unfair things they tried to pin on me. I left that house looking better then when i had moved in... I went back cleaned what they had written down and replaced what i could. There was a few things i didn't do and they were willing to charge me for it over half of my bond they were asking for. In the end i got each thing taken off with some investigation and people helping me along the way who have knowledge. I am aware real-estate agents are to consider wear and tear well not this real-estate, if i was not on the ball i would have lost so much money. I ended up getting them down and down and down until i just had two things which i was happy to have replaced or pay for. In the end i was down 300 instead of 1100. It took over 3 months of debating them and following up with them via email as i would receive no responses until we finally came to an agreement. I moved out in early March and just got my bond back yesterday.

Goes to show how money hungry these agents are with trying to rip you off.

I now am with Professionals and have had no issues and this company, shows me how unprofessional Infinite Real-estate really is.

Disorganized – Have been cautious about this place since we first moved in after Infinite tried to say we missed a rental payment. They later found out it was a mistake on their end. very worrying when your money is not handled with as much care as it should. We have decided not to renew the lease. They still don't have accurate information as we are now forking out money we have already paid? Definitely would not recommend.

Terrible – I have never received such terrible service in my life! I called every single day after vacating 15 weeks ago to find out what is happening with my bond and even after agreeing to pay $180 in MINOR cleaning items etc they would not respond to me! I sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to get nowhere, completely unreasonable behavior on their part to an excellent tenant who paid rent on time and left the property in the same condition it was when we moved in 3 years ago. An example of an item on the vacate list was to "remove a sponge from the sink" ....really?? I wasted so much time on getting back my bond and if caused me a great deal of stress, i have so much evidence of it, if i wanted to i could take it further but dont have any more energy. I strongly advise you think twice before using this company, very disorganised and treat people absolutely disgustingly. If you must use this company please ensure you take alot of photos before you move in, ensure the inventory has details of any chip on any wall however minor and ensure you inspect the fly screen doors. If a passing cat happens to make a minor hole over a 3 year period, be prepared as you will be billed. Despite them thanking me for leaving the property so beautifully they still took half of my bond. Initially they wanted all except for $300 of my $1800 bond. They tried to bill me for the grass/weed growth which i refused to pay as it took them 12 weeks to go to the property! grass grows!
