Infinity Electrical & Solar

Initially I called Infinity because my old inverter was making a noise. Jack came and inspected the inverter and a lizard was found stuck in the exhaust fan. I was impressed with his service and honesty and ask for his opinion on solar battery. Jack referred me to his markerting guy, Ricardo. In the mean time I did asked for other quotes. When the time came Infinity Electrical was the one I went with. They were better at communicating what is needed and better pricing.

Installation was tedious due to roof space but Jack managed to get through it all. Each stage of the installation was explained to me. Prior to finishing Jack hand balled the remainder to another SAA sparky, Ethan. Ethan rewired my switchboard and better yet making it look better than what it was. Ethan went through the set up and we test the system out. For my set up, I wanted the fridge and internet to be on when we have a power cut.

After the commissioning, Ethan helped me set up the Elekeeper App that monitored the battery performance and what to do in the event of a failure. So far I am glad I went with the SAJ 20kW solar battery instead of other famous brand names; same warranty coverage, better pricing and for now better tech support.
