the rose display case. Staple holes and creased corners. Once the rose display case was removed from this box I was shocked to see the state of the case glass. Absolutely filthy, inside and out. The rose itself was NOT fastened correctly for transit and the use of bubble wrap to protect the rose further was feeble and laughable! The rose itself appeared to be OK although again it was dusty and did have finger prints on the stem. I sent photos, videos and description of issues to the company and their reply was a tad rude. Basically suggesting none of these issues had happened before to any other customer. So what are they saying? I did all this? My partner was disappointed and I had arranged a return for refund but spent time cleaning what I could. The vinyl case is still not right but we've decided to keep it all because of sentimental reasons. We'll live with it but I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I doubt they'd care either way. As I stated earlier... the first one I purchased was perfect in every way. So I guess if you purchase from them you'll be rolling the dice... will you be lucky or not?

Rose never came - Very disappointed as it was a 10 Year Anniversary Gift – Website claims if ordered before 11am it will be delivered the next day to METRO Brisbane and Sydney and Melbourne. parcel vans via road should be quoted 3 to 6 days on the couriers own website. Asked the Infinity Rose to change their website as it was clearly a lie, but they wouldn't.

Sometimes sellers need to be real and honest. When talking with them they said I DID NOT select their EXPRESS shipping for $25 and I said, there was no reason I had 3 days to received when their FAQ claims only need 1 day.

Just outright lies to try and get the most sales but it hurt my as it was an important gift.

Late, and overdue! – A week overdue for delivery, not acceptable. Rather than making the customer chase up the company, this should be communicated with the customer directly and consistently or arrange an alternative. Although delivered, really needs to work on communication as well as having the product in stock. If I wanted the roses for a fraction of the price and delivered at the same rate, I would have ordered it myself from overseas.

Amazing! – I brought the 'red rose with premium display dome' as an anniversary present for my partner, the display stand that the rose came with is gorgeous, but pales in comparison to the amazing detail and handiwork that goes into the rose, I couldn't be happier. Customer service is also amazing!

Product is Rubbish, Delivery is Terrible, Now Won’t Refund Me – I ordered this product as a gift for my wife. They decided to leave the product at a delivery depot and tell me I must pick it up. it under the so called ‘money back satisfaction guarantee’ and they won’t initially accept a return.

I return the item to them which they have acknowledged receipt of, yet won’t give a refund. They keep saying they have given the refund to the accounts department, but weeks later no refund has been received.

What a nightmare. Now I have to take it to consumer affairs. Usually never had problems like this with my online purchases. Just so annoyed.
