Off Grid Solar System – We had Infinity Solar install our "Off Grid" system 5 years ago. All went really well, even during monsoon periods with no need for the generator to come on. Six months later we had extra panels installed. The electrician shut down the system incorrectly and since then we have had plenty of trouble. He knew nothing of the system and was too… Read more
busy talking on his mobile phone to concentrate on the job. I wont go into all the problems since then but needless to say we are still having trouble. The Q cells now seem to be breaking down and will need replacing. They are still under warranty so hope that we wont have to pay for them or the installation. We of course have to pay for any other work on this system. All the components are of high quality, if only the company would have backed us up, all would have been fine. How can a company just change its name and keep on trading? We now find that the batteries are not holding their charge, still under warranty but can we find someone to replace them?

Excellent Company – I choose Infinity Power Qld to proceed with them because they gave me a German Inverter and 12 Q-Cells Solar Panels for a competitive price. They were very easy to deal with all through the process. The installers were also very friendly and done the job wel. I'm paying off over the 48 Months
Nightmare – Forgot install date, had three goes at trying to get the system working, lie straight to your face no wonder they went broke. Wish I had read about them before I started this nightmare. October 7th 2016 Update: Still no joy Infinity power have made no effort to finish install been over three months and will have to sell equipment to try and… Read more

Infinity power – infinity power broke. But there are r few more infinity trading name companies those are running there business perfectly for couple of years.
Sunny boy inverter not worth the money – Told the same bull but here is another one you were not told about the inverter won't last half of that time of the panels. We were told we were buying the best system you could buy sunny boy sma inverter. It only lasted from Feb 2010 till Dec 2015 Tried to get help with new inverter replacement they were very unreasonable. Wouldn't deal with Infinity power they said they are not infinity solar any more so bad luck.

Infinity Power, for which they will never recover payment. Likewise there are many individuals who entrusted this business with their livelihood whom are now out of a job. We surmise that there will also be many dissatisfied customers that have fallen foul of the shareholders decision to wipe their debt from the table at the expense of others.
Incorrect Sales Pitch – I had a Company representative tell me I would save hundreds if not all of my power bill by installing a recommended system. He stated that I would also get money back from the power supplier when my solar generated power was in excess. I said I will be happy just to get over 50% of my power bill covered by the solar system. My average power bills… Read more
at the time were around $800 -$900 per quarter.
I agreed and got the system installed.
Well after 3 power bills I have only saved a whole $80 - $100 per bill.
My power bills are still coming in at around $720 - $900 per quarter. (Around $80 - $90 goes back to the grid as the bonus).
To me this is ridiculous.
By only saving around $100 off your bill it will take over 20 years to pay the system off and by then you will need a new system to be installed.
Don't get caught with the false sales pitch that they tell you that you will save hundreds off your bill.
I thought I would save around $500 per bill, well I was drastically wrong.
Don't you get caught up in it and waste your money like I did.
Excellent product - top rate service – The gentleman who came out to our house after-hours explained all our options so thoroughly - and we didn't feel pressured in the slightest. We did further research and came back to the Infinity Solar product because it had a reputation of being high quality. The installation team were polite, on time and did a fantastic job. You get what you pay… Read more
for with the solar panels - but the customer service Infinity Solar offer is priceless. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Quality Products, excellent customer service with no pushy sales pitch, brilliant installation team.
Very Professional – I had this company install my solar in Perth. What great service. I received a full description of three types on inverters and solar panels, including reviews. Everything promised was delivered. A very professional organisation. The sales guy was fantastic and installation was delivered on time with a very professional team. I could not fault them. Very reliable and honest. A full description of all their product was given to me.
