A truly terrible Weight Gainer – One of the worst tasting weight gainers I have ever had. So thick it doesn't even mix well after being blended. The cookies and cream comes out as glue even after using double the recommended mls of water and the taste makes you gag. Will most definitely not be using again and I do not recommend to any one. Only positive is its cheap. You get what you pay for!
