The product and customer service is perfect – The product is built to a very high standard. I measure its performance with a separate air quality sensor and it performs very well - reduces PM2.5 levels in a medium size room from approx 50 to zero in around 30 mins. If you leave it running levels stay at zero. Definitely sleep better and wake up more rested with it running. Shelley in Sales at InovaAir is wonderful and so helpful. So much better than i could of imagined – I was moving in with my partner and his kids and pets, my allergies had been a stumbling block to this shift. My partner bought the DE20plus and I have improved so much i am loving our innovair air purifier. filter the air from any outgassing from new building materials and furniture. We still have them running overnight to create safe sleeping areas. Helps with the dogs smell too and so easy to maintain.

I love these so much I have two! – I suffer from allergies and asthma so I needed a good quality purifier for my house and for the office. I have 3 dogs at home and this helps massively with dog odour and just giving the air a nice clean feel. I purchased one of these and loved it so much I got another for the office. Efficient and effective – I am a C.O.P.D sufferer and require supplementary oxygen. I find that the purifier works wonders for me. My condition is easily exacerbated by pollens, perfumes and noxious fumes. I live on a bus route and diesel fumes were a constant problem, not any more. Show details
Very happy with this product – Along with lots of other customers, I ordered my unit at the height of the bushfires so there was a delay with delivery. At the time of ordering, I had read some of the previous reviews, citing improvements in sleep and allergies, with some scepticism. However, I now realise those reviews were very genuine. Works well but no sensor to monitor air quality – I have the Philips Series 2000 Air Purifier, the Breville Smart Air Plus and the InovaAir DE20. They all work well. Both the Breville and the Philips have a sensor to measure PM 2.5. The numbers don't agree exactly but when the air quality is intermediate or worse, they concur. $1500, it probably should. When you blow air from any of the purifiers to one of the sensors on the other machines, clean air is registered. They all work as designed and they are all good machines in different ways. The Breville has UV light to kill microbes but I'm not sure if this is a gimmick or genuinely useful. The InovaAir has a massive activated carbon filter which is good for smoke and odours. However, they all have decent HEPA filters. I'm waiting for a CHOICE review on all three of these machines.
great product, so glad I bought it – I have lived in a mouldy home for 15 years. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with mould related asthma. showed InovaAir as being one of the few companies in Australia that specialises in just air purifiers (as opposed to a well known company that makes air purifiers as well as other products). I specifically bought these models because they deal with the various types of mould spores that can be found in buildings/houses.
We bought two air purifiers - this model for the larger open section of the house and a smaller model (the E8) for the bedroom. We have kept them both running 24 hours a day. In the four weeks we've had them, we've noticed a difference in our health. My partner's sinus infection has pretty much gone, I've only had to use my asthma puffer once. There was one day where I'd turned off the larger model whilst running the air conditioner on dehumidifier. On that day, when my partner got home, he noticed the overwhelming smell of our dogs, and when I got home, the air purifier was running at full speed. I commented on the high speed and he told me what had happened - that he felt like he'd walked into a wall of dog smells. So this is a situation where it isn't obvious while the air purifier is running, that it's working and doing it's job but wow do you notice the difference when it's been switched off.
I can't comment on what the cost of running it is at this point in time because we haven't had them long enough and received a bill to see what the difference is, but irrespective of that it is worth it for the difference it has made to our health.
They are very simple to put together and use.
