Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUI purchased the subject Air Purifier in 2020, just after the major bushfires. We used it sparingly, and between then and now, it must have accumulated a total of three months of use. Did one set of filter change in that usage rate.
A few weeks ago, the unit malfunctioned and started turning itself off after the Power On cycle.
I got in touch with Ausclimate, and Scott Chapman, the Warranty Support Officer, was very helpful in helping me rectify the issue.

Great air purifier!
Zero 4-Stage AUS-1050AZBUWe purchased 2 air purifiers from AusClimate. This one and a smaller version too. They both work extremely well and we often move the bigger one around the home if we are doing Reno’s or cooking, it really helps with smell, air quality and dust particles. We don’t regret purchasing 2 units as they are good quality def easy to clean & use.

Becomes a throwaway product after the warranty expires.
Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUHad the machine for 2 years and it did a good job overall. Weekly cleaning of the filters but the electronics started to be temperamental after about a year and it totally stopped working 3 months after warranty expired. It's another one of those expensive buy-and-throw disposable machines as they don't last. Emails to company gets no reply. Save your money and buy something from one of those big brands.

Helping with pets and asthma
Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUI bought this for my bedroom after having the earlier model (Pro 4) for over twelve months. The pro 4 has been great and hasn't missed a beat, but I wanted a second one for the living room. We've now moved the pro 4 to the living room and the pro 5 to our bedroom. The Pro 5 is awesome. It is quiet and it works exactly as described, cleansing the air, and meaning I don't have to hit the phenergans for hey fever as often as I once needed.

Made a huge difference to lung health
Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUI bought this air purifier for my son who has a permanent chronic lung condition. Pre buying this air filter his condition was deteriorating and everyone involved with him was struggling to work out why and what to do. I saw this filter on a healthy homes episode on tv and sort more information on it before I bought it. Shortly after installing it in my sons unit I and others noticed a remarkable improvement in my son's health and the way he was breathing. Because he has it on at night as well he is sleeping better so this positively impacts the way he is during the day. It is quiet, easy to set up and is making a positive impact on my sons health much to everyone's relief.

Easy to insert
Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUCleaned the unit and inserted the new filters, but had a small problem with the reset. Googled and once I had followed the instructions, no problem. It is working perfectly.

Best ever for cleaner air
Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUWith a long history of asthma, air quality is VERY important to me. My winix 5 is never turned off. The air quality is definitely improved. I vacuum the filters regularly and at times, am surprised by the amount of dust captured. That could have been breathed in by me!!! I wonder what the HEPA filter captures that I cannot see. Cleaning the machine is easy. Changing the filters is easy. I bought my machine during the Sydney fires and that filter was clagged after 6 months. Now they last about a year before the red light goes on. I also have an air dehumidifier from Ausclimate. That also is a brilliant aid to wellness. There is no damp or mould in my home. Both these machines are highly recommended.

Amazing product! Notice the difference right away.
Zero+ PRO 5-Stage AUS-1250AZPUThis purifier is amazing, we purchased it after receiving a smaller model as a Christmas gift. We use it in our large living area and can notice the difference in the air, as silly as that sounds. I suffer from mild asthma and when I use this purifier as well as the one in our bedroom I notice that I need my puffer significantly less. I simply vacuum the front filter once a week and it runs perfectly!

Is there anyway to turn off the air quality indicator light but still have it on medium fan speed? When I sleep I'm happy for it to run louder but wasn't too turn off the blue light.. switching it to sleep mode turns off the light, but it also lowers the speed so that doesn't work
Unfortunately not, I also have the same concern but I just put it on sleep mode at night.
Hi Simon, you are correct that when Sleep Mode is activated, the Air Quality Indicator LED
light is disabled but this will lower the fan speed. You may like to use Auto Mode as Sleep Mode is automatically activated when the Light Sensor detects that the room is dark. Your air purifier will have already cleansed the air in your bedroom prior to lights out, and you will be assured of whisper quiet operation for a great night's sleep.

Not on this model Simon, but our ZERO+ PRO 5-stage Air Purifier does have this function.

I bought your product a few days ago to tackle a dust issue after moving into a new rental. So far it has been nothing short of brilliant at mitigating the dust problem and improving my breathing, however, after a few days of use I noticed a sound that previously didn’t exist coming from the machine. There seems to be a slight rattle within the fan system, I’d almost compare it to the sound of a cat purring. This sound is most prominent in sleep mode, making it not ideal for leaving it on whilst trying to sleep. I was just wondering if this developed sound is inherent in the product? Or if this is a fault?

I've just bought one today. It worked well at first. But after about 2 hours in Auto/Medium mode (with light indicator on), it changed to Auto/Sleep (light indicator off). Is that normal? This happens everytime. I had to change the mode back to Auto/Medium again or have it running in manual to be able to clean the air.

Our Zero+ Pro 5-Stage model has a light sensor in it which can sense whether the lights are turned on or not. If it is night time and the lights are turned off, or it is placed in a dark area of the room, the unit will think it is night time and will enter a sleep mode.
