moisture.. yep everyone knows that. The machine isn’t designed well at all cheap Asian crap made in Taiwan! There is no where for that leakage to go so it leaks all over the PLUG the plug that’s connected to ELECTRICITY!!!

And it doesn’t even have an on/off button so to turn it off you need to remove the plug and leave it sitting there all day!

Now in my machine I was sent a cord with a selection of plugs, NONE OF WHICH FIT!! so the closest one possible I used and it’s lose as doesn’t click in just sits in the hole lowly so if you move the machine slightly it drops out (as I said cheap crap design)

Danger here is while the machine was on all night next to my sons head the cord dropped out and LANDED IN WATER from the leaking!! And it exploded the whole plug and made like a battery fluid go everywhere!! This is extremely dangerous as open electricity was pumping through the lead and it could have caused a house fire and killed my kids!

I have sent many messages to the company about this over the last 2 days and they have seen the messages and not responded! Not once! They are literally ignoring me!!

The concept is great and it works but the design of the machine is cheap and nasty and faulty!

It needs a tray for leakage and needs a proper plug that actually fits in place and can’t DROP OUT! It also needs to be designed so the leaning water doesn’t go all over the plug! This can’t be approved by Australian standard there is now way!

I wanted an explanation, new machine with better plug and NOTHING!! Just rudely ignored when I can see on messenger they seen my messages yesterday!!

DO NOT PUT THIS NEAR CHILDREN OR ANYONE!! WATER AND ELECTRICITY DO NOT MIX!!!

I have just put in an order for two of the smaller units for my daughters rooms they both suffer from post nasal drip especially in the winter and I am hoping this will be an easy fix and provide them a good nights sleep like it has for their mum. I was happy they had a great refund policy if things didn't turn out well, but I haven't had to return the item. It is a little noisy on full but I turned it down to a lower frequency after a week but I have gotten used to the hum of it now. I love waking up refreshed now rather than feeling like I have been hit by a bus in the face every morning because of congestion and swelling in my sinuses. Please give it a go! You will be surprised.

Today we collected your product from my grandmother and within one hour he'd stopped coughing and wheezing and didn't require his inhaler for the rest of the day, he's now soundly asleep and I cannot believe the difference. Life saver. Stops respiratory illness in its tracks – Purchased for severe allergies but I will bet that this device prevents pneumonia. Allergies are much less severe and everyone sleeps soundly. prolong the cartridge life, if ever filters are sold out and you can't get a replacement right away. I've recommended to all my family & friends. Great for sinus issues, asthma, allergies, coughs, croup. Change filters every 6 months, but we use the devices nightly.

The online ordering is seamless with built in discount for loyalty. Emails are answered personally in a short time. Delivery time is excellent. Although seeming expensive it is worth every cent. Relief of post nasal drip cough – I have just recommenced using Salin Plus due to a post nasal drip which was causing me to wake up through the night coughing. my years guarantee I have really loud noises coming from it. I have been told to return it myself for someone to look at. For the cost of the machine as well as paying £40 a filter every three months the machine doesn't seem to hold a nightly usage. So disappointed in customer service as well as the quality.

8 Months later – After 8 months of use we have changed the filter at Each 4 months and the difference after change is wonderful. It is very noticeable with snoring, coughing Gone and general sleep pattern greatly improved for both of us. Would not be without our machine for sure. Show details

Great little machine – My husband suffers from Sleep apnea and chronic Rhinitis. Good for sinus but bad customer service – It did do the job that is why i bought another one for my son. If the device has no problem at all, we also dont want to go this trouble just to send it back. We are not asking for refund. We are asking for replacement a new one.

Excellent Customer Service – Unfortunately I am one of the few who did not notice any difference. One of the reasons I tried the Salin Plus was they offered the 60 day return. The company stand by their word. Hassle free return and Michelle who I emailed was pleasant and very helpful. I have given 5 stars for the customer service. So many people have success and if you are one of the few who don't you will find the return process easy.

This may change everything: – Though extremely light weight. I didnt change any settings. Its really quiet. It may have just helped a chronic cough. Within an hour of turning it on. Awesome device! – Brilliant results! Bought for son with CF years ago and has had definite positive effects with lessened sputum production and drier, less hacking coughs.
