received a reply straight away. Initially I was really impressed and thought this is going to be a really smooth process. They email me a postage paid sticker and I post it back tomorrow right? No. First they required me to submit video of it not working. Then after I had done that they asked me to remove the filter and put it back in (as though I had not already tried that 3 times?!). Then I replied that I had tried this and the machine still wasn't working and heard nothing back from them. Then I emailed again in the morning. Then I emailed them again at lunch time. Then I hear from them at 6.30pm the next evening. Now they want me to cut the cord (?!) and email a picture of the machine with the cord cut as well as take pictures of the serial number on my machine. And they ask me for my address of where to send the replacement machine, as though they actually have no idea what customer or what order they are dealing with. Wth?? Look, I can't fault the machine. It's a third of the size of my old homedics machine and it's doing a terrific job in a small bedroom. I don't know yet how regularly the filters will need changing but they are less than half the price of what I paid for my homedics ones. I loved my homedics machines but the electronic panel has failed on all three now and I can't tell what settings are activated and I don't want to use UVC or Ion because of the biproducts so they are good for the bin only. I love that these arovec machines just don't have those options so I won't ever have that problem with them. So I still haven't officially been sent a replacement and in the meantime I've purchased the Pro version of this machine as it's on sale and has much better specs. But I just wanted to caution people about what a challenge it can be to deal with them if you have a faulty machine. I'm unsure how common this is though.

this air purifier which just happened to also be on sale with discout. After reading everything and watching videos of the effectiveness of how this air purifier works I had to order it because in the video I watched it showed that in a smoke filled room it could clear out the smoke in 3 seconds compared to other brands which take 30 seconds minimally. So I went ahead and ordered it and it came on two days. It was veryyyyy easy to set up, and is also very quiet. The highest setting is still quieter than the lowest setting on my actual fan. LET ME TELL YOU, THIS BABY WORKS. This air purifier completely takes all the smoke out of the room along with the majority of the cigarette stale smell that is left also. Now I will say because the smell of cigarettes are embedded in our furniture and paint it does not COMPLETLEY remove it but it eliminates it probably about by 80-90 percent. I am beyond happy with this product especially because it does eliminate from the cigarette smoke being able to linger through the rest of my house. Also, a side note is make sure you are properly locating this device as it cannot be placed directly by a wall or furniture because that will block the amount of air intake and output the machine can do.

new construction in a new region (sydney from perth) about 6 months ago. I began getting sick on what seemed like a semi-monthly timeline. Colds, upper respiratory, ears, eyes; you name it, I had it. Between new allergens and the construction (off gassing vocs and dust) I was not getting better. Thank god for my wife doing research and finding these we bought the twin pack and placed one in the kitchen below the air intake for our home and the other in our bedroom. I am buying the larger one to place below my air intake and moving the second air purifier to my office (where I spend 10-14 hours per day)!

Noise: this is NOT a silent machine but it is not by any means noisy. If youve ever had a white noise machine, this is quieter than most of those.

Ease of use: It is intuitive and easy to use straight out of the box. Overall: I would buy these again for myself or any friend who was struggling with indoor air quality.

These would be perfect for a nursery and with a nightlight function it would be easy to check on baby while sleeping!

I am now a believer in air purifiers and will be buying the smaller desk version to take on business travel with me!

Appliance works well however if you want to make a warranty claim forget it. Appalling customer service no response to emails clearly not interested in after sales support. Got the unit sorted by local business clearly the warranty is worthless. Show details

Money well spent – I have found the air purifier to be most beneficial, insomuch that prior to using the air purifier on awakening most mornings I felt my chest to be somewhat congested and I just felt my chest was unclear. I can now say that on using it every night in my bedroom, I feel very, very much better. Show reply
